I've been a loyal customer for Semka as soon as I found their products because they work! I personally use Pain, Sleep, and Be Well the most but Focus has also come in handy when I need it to!

I'm a very active person and love to be outside whenever the weather is nice. From gardening, landscaping, and outdoor sports, you will find me soaking up the sun! Pain helps me to continue to keep doing what I love, so after a hard day of work, I'll take a dropper full at night before bed and then again in the morning. This routine keeps me free of pain to allow me to continue doing what I love!

Sleep is always my next go-to and use it the night after a restless sleep. I find it calms my mind and allows me to stay asleep after a night of struggling to do so. One dropper full 30 minutes before bed is a guarantee for a good night's sleep for me!

Be Well is my favorite tincture to take during the cold, winter months or when I'm feeling a bit under the weather. I notice that I typically recover faster than just "riding it out". I don't like taking medications because I know my body will eventually get used to them and they will no longer work. But with the Be Well tincture, I know I'm giving my body more of what it already produces naturally to help me recover faster!

Semka Health has been a total game changer for both me and my senior dog.
