Poor customer service
Poor customer service. Brought a pair of trainers which was listed in the menâs section above the sizes it said unisex size chart which isnât a thing I selected my size in US size 9.5 which is a Uk 8.5 I received the trainers turns out the trainers are a womenâs size 9.5 which works to be a menâs 7.5. The site doesnât work well on a phone and speaking to customer service and also the ceo is useless they said I had to pay to ship my return back to Italy from the uk which works out to being around £25. If you would like to see how poor and childish the customer service is just have a look at the response they make to bad reviews
