As of time of writing this review it has been three weeks since I placed an order, and they haven't even shipped it out yet.

Customer support will not respond to any messages either.

It took ELEVEN DAYS for fulfillment. In the year of our Lord 2025, when I can get ice cream delivered before it melts, it took ELEVEN DAYS to put a hat in a box.

I emailed customer service, and they responded offering either my money back or they could stick it in the mail the following day. I responded to that email asking for the hat and not the refund. Nobody ever responded. I emailed the CEO. He never responded. It took 11 days. If it takes 11 days to stick a hat in a box, maybe you should hire somebody. If you’re just that far behind, surely there are temp agencies in Waco. I don’t know if the owner of the company is fine with an 11 day turn around or not, but he certainly didn’t take the time to apologize, give a reason for the delays, or even ask an employee to acknowledge that I wanted the hat and not the refund. I will never do business with Sendero ever again, no matter how cool their hats are.
