Great product. Does exactly what I need it to do!

I have used Sendfox for a short time only but so far I find it very useful. I am already considering getting a paid account for our organization.

I have been using the free version of SendFox for my newsletter mailing since June 2021. I have found the support available to be excellent — it is timely, offers resolution and extra direction and advice where needed. I would highly recommend the platform for anyone just starting out. It’s straightforward and its no frills site is not confusing at all.

A great product. very fast and friendly support. I've used a few email sender providers before . This one is unquestionably the best and a human gets back to you quickly!
Highly recommend.

PROS: Affordable!!!! ( cannot put enough !'s on this) Fairly easy to use. You can import your cvs file to bring in your contacts. You can also export them. I'm happy with this company and would buy the basic email package all over again--and will if I get too many subscribers in this package.

Con: The signup form they offer doesn't allow for selections/options. For me as an author that feature is necessary because I have different genres my readers want to read. I would like ONE form for signup, so my readers can select the genres they want to be a part of and then those selections go into their respective LIST on the back end. For now I will have to use the current signup form I have and then import the new emails to this site w/o having to set up 3 separate signup forms--which is MORE work for the reader, which we all know if it's extra work, they won't do it.

Pro and a con: They also adhere to the restrictions of visibility by g00gle, so your email does not get marked as sp@m. So if your readers don't open their emails, they won't send to them (keyword: Imported contacts--this is Not done with those contacts that use the sendfox signup form).
I just imported (keyword with this is "imported") a new list of contacts from a giveaway event, and sent a Welcome email to the new list--there are always quite a few people who will subscribe at a new event for the giveaway and then Unsubscribe afterwards. G00gle works on DATA, not the why's of an unsubscribe. So, due to that "data" my list of subscribers that haven't opened my email yet are in a "non-send" situation unless they do open it and don't unsubscribe. I can see why this is happening--spam purposes, and I, like everyone else, hate being spammed. But recently Apple made changes so that newsletter companies cannot tell if person on the contact list has opened that newsletter or not. This can lead to frustration. Not sure how this is going to sort itself out in the future.

Bought this on a good discount from appsumo. So far no regrets!

I am so impressed with how professional the landing pages look (and are so easy to set up.) Email marketing is my least favorite marketing activity. Sendfox makes it a breeze.

The gamification when you first start the app is also very motivating to complete the first few activities. Awesome touch!

Converting from MailChimp to SendFox is looking good. If you are a single site then it is easy. If you look after multiple sites it is not so slick but is adequate. For non-profits which exceed the 2000-limit in MailChimp then SendFox looks to be the best solution.

Send fox has been great so far and seems like a better option to mail chimp.

Time will tell but so far so good.

This is great software to track your emails. You create your list or import the list that you have. Create your email and use the list and schedule your email. It is so simple to use.

After discovering SendFox, it's been completely amazing. I don't say that lightly. I started out with Mailchimp 8 years ago, but always struggled with the limits placed on signup forms and list-building. SendFox has been perfect for an incredible onboarding process: I'm in love with the Welcome Sequence, the smart pages, unlimited forms, unlimited lists, and easy-as-pie RSS setup. I use it on 2 personal projects already, and will continue to use it. It is my new go to, and am already promoting it to all my clients and friends.

I love Sendfox! It's easy to use, extremely affordable, and the customer service is excellent. I couldn't be more pleased.
