DO NOT use SFC, it will kill your brand. So many packages returned due to shipping errors. I now have several angry customers. They will also keep any money you have left on your balance.

SCF failed to track our 2X freight & not fix
2 times our freight was not passed by customs because the sender used the wrong shipping methods and so SFC returned the items to the sender, BUT SFC DID NOT record the returns in their tracking system to complete the process. So then the insurer was wrong to think our items were still in transit for 3 months. We asked SFC twice to correct & update the tracking but they just IGNORED our requests.

Tracking said package couldnât be delivered, a card was left and the package is held for pickup. No pickup location was given or carrier. I have no idea where they took my package and who has it.
Update: Got my package. The post office was holding it for me. Luckily I live in a small town.

I've been using SFC for about 3 yearsâŠ
I've been using SFC for about 3 years now, and they are fantastic at delivering all of my crowdfunding campaigns in mass volume quite swiftly.
Even during the pandemic they had virtually no delays in their shipping services, and were able to deliver earlier than scheduled, while so many other companies could not.
My customer service manager Maggie always goes above and beyond to make sure fulfillment runs smoothly.
I use the additional bubble wrap + box service, and get a lot of compliments on the packaging from my customers. I do highly recommend them to fulfill your crowdfunding campaigns.
Not happy
My first time dealing with these people and they've delivered my package to a completely different address because they didn't deliver to me. When I've eventually found their track and trace page it tells me my parcel was delivered 3 weeks ago but not too me it wasn't, what do I do now? ð¡ð¡ð¡
Be careful
Be careful, if they donÂŽt deliver packages they can have you months without packages and money, they even try that you donÂŽt claim cutting service, facts: you will lost money and packages. Terrible company, trust me, if you have alternative, choose alternative.

Instead, we had SFC ship 100 packages from China to Europe. We saved money, the packages arrived quicker, and not a single package got lost (which is very unusual)! We were able to send the packages with VAT prepaid and there were no customs issues.
SFC's online system is a bit challenging to navigate, as is properly formatting addresses, but their customer service was very helpful in figuring it out.
So far SFC is good
So far SFC is good, good prices for small packages, good support team and convenient system. Recommend.

my parcel was meant to come on the 20th of December and now it's almost the new year. Aftership and their tracking service both show that my parcel has been in Sydney (the other side of Australia). For 20 days.

Been using SFC Since more than a year and now I will quit. What I can say is that this company is not suit for international business. Their system is really ****, I recommand to friends and they broke because or being unable to parameter properly. They do not respect their delivery time on international and the customer service is getting more and more worst and there is very bad communication. The account manager Libby was completely unable to understand our needs, the prices raised without we know and we been loosing money on their table. I can't understand how a company like this still alive, old system like in the 2000, no reaction from the company only take their cash. Been loosing 50+ packages stucked in packed stage without I know it and pricing is added hidden fees, they increase prices wihout being clear.

IF you are unlucky and got this company called SFC. So I can only regret the grief of your part and my part.
Because nothing works on their website it is not possible to track packages that you ordered. O they usually do not respond to emails when you send a request for parcel status. Slow to ship packages to destination country.
Had been faster to send packages with dog sled.
If it is possible to choose other freight providers, do so.
Had it been possible to give them a lower score, the grade would have been -3.
Quotation price is not meaningful
Quotation price is not meaningful, be careful with your bill, as sometimes you will be charged with volume weight and you would never know. They claimed that they used extra layer of package which leading to a larger size of parcel when it got scanned or weighed.
I am trying to argue and get my money back, see if I will success.
