Terrrible service. You can forgot about offers. 2 weeks no any progress after order confirmation. Products indicated as available in stock with delivery 24 hours, but really ... no reaction for WEEKS

Ordered a electronic licensee 4 weeks ago. After a number of email back and forth with the Philippines, they have still not figured out how to fulfil the order. They claim to be a Microsoft Gold partner, but they are not listed as one in the US.

I wanted to share my experience.
lets start that the service wqas excellent. I ordered a Mikrotik router and it arrived in 2 days with all the sfp parts i ordered.
besides this Adriana who works there always available VERY polite solves all problems, careful, precise. and she is a good reason that I recommended this store to other companies ..
this shop absolutely know what they are doing and I am very satisfied with the service received thanks Adriana

Misleading lead-times. Products indicated as available 50+ and allowed to select a delivery 24 hours, then received an email stating it would be over 2 weeks and drew my attention to another piece of information further down the product information page. Wont be using this supplier again, took my money then the best they could come up with was that the order would be sent for processing a refund, no indication of when I would actually be refunded.

Thank you guys for support. You saved my company network. I recommend them as products were in good price and delivered extremely fast.

The process of returning was quite easy and thorough. Senetic personnel was helpful with the return of an ordered product. Sometimes these things happen but its good to know that companies will help with process thanks so much, the people at Senetic.

You never know online, having placed my first order with Senetic for four HGST Ultrastar DC HC520 He12 drives they arrived fast and in perfect condition, shipped DHL no less. Future orders will be for fifteen drives at a time, now that I know the company can and does live up to our high expectations.

Senetic is legit. Products ship from Europe, but the DHL shipping is very fast (about 4 business days from order to receipt) and all products have arrived with appropriate US power cables when necessary. I've completed two orders now with no issues. Their products are very reasonably priced compared to similar providers in the US. I'll continue to use them going forward.
