Worst ever!...Im one month out and no product because they won't pay the import tariff. So my product is sitting in a harbor. I strongly suggest using anyone else. No customer service, no call back, no product.

I recently purchased the Senmit 36" Black Surface Mount All-in-One Complete Cable Railing System DIY Kit with Aluminum LED Handrail for my deck(about 80ft length), and I am thoroughly impressed with the entire experience. This product easily earns 5 stars from me!

The craftsmanship is excellent. The stainless steel posts and aluminum LED handrail feature a smooth, uniform black finish with no burrs, scratches, or defects. All components feel solid and high-quality, with great rust resistance — ideal for both indoor and outdoor applications.

What really stands out is how complete the kit is. It includes everything you need: posts, handrail, cables, connectors, mounting hardware, and all necessary screws. No extra purchases required — a true one-stop DIY solution.

Their customer support is top-notch. When I had questions during installation, the team responded quickly and provided clear, detailed guidance. The installation videos and diagrams made the process straightforward, even for someone with limited experience.

I was also very pleased with their free preliminary design service. After sending them site photos and measurements, they delivered accurate 3D renderings and practical suggestions in a timely manner. The final design matched the actual installed railing almost perfectly, saving me time and avoiding any rework.

The finished railing already looks modern, sleek, and professional even though I haven’t installed the LED light strip yet. The straight lines and clean appearance have greatly improved the overall look of the space. I’m confident the LED lights will make it even more stunning at night, adding both safety and a beautiful ambient glow. Several neighbors have already complimented the railing and asked where I got it!

Overall, this Senmit cable railing system offers outstanding value. The combination of premium materials, complete accessories, responsive support, accurate design service, and excellent final appearance has far exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a high-quality, easy-to-install railing solution.

Everything about the project with Senmit on the railing was fantastic. To start they were great in helping plan and detail all the materials needed. It was a large project and they were invaluable at understanding everything. The quality of the materials and value for the money is incredible. I spent a few months studying all the options and feel comfortable I choose the best option. Installation was very smooth and pretty simple. And the final result is perfect!

The kit is good quality, though getting answers about hardware compatibility took a little longer than I expected.

You need to be an above average metal fabricator and MUCH more than a DYI guy to buy from Senmit. They left out critical components and their instructional video was not helpful. A lot of money with little help.

I ordered Senmit cable railing system items through Amazon and directly from the Senmit website. The items from Amazon arrived promptly except I received one wrong item. For the items ordered directly from Senmit website, I never received a tracking number or itemized invoice of ordered parts and tracking it down through SHOP did not work. I received a partial shipment and one item I received was short parts. I am still awaiting delivery on the remaining order after three weeks. Senmit does respond to my email inquiries saying it will be shipped shortly but their invoice and tracking system are poor. If you use the fascia mount system as I did, check your local building codes. The wire spacing is three inches but the distance between the deck and first wire is four inches because the fascia mount pulls it away from the deck. Their website lacks tips on design even though they send a nice 3D model. The posts I received were sturdy and mounted nicely.

The hand rails provided do not meet building code. Senmit offered to send railings that meet code (which is nice), however now after 2 weeks, I have no tracking number and nobody will return my emails. There is literally no way to get a hold of anyone other than email. Weeks are going by and I cannot get my home to pass inspection forcing me to find another solution. Not pleased with Senmit customer Service.

Their customer service is very helpful. They provided a nice 3-D plot illustrates so that I have an idea what my railing looks like on the deck beforehand. They are willing to work with my budget, provided me with multiple solutions. And they also gave spare parts for free! Quick response, good quality parts. Easy to install. Good results!

The customer service is great. We received the product with no issue. We had to make a return, and it was not a problem. I would buy from them again.

After the order was placed, Senmit didn't give any update when the order will be processed...let alone the estimated delivery date which is important to plan my project... it has been 8 days , tried their online chat but they do not respond... still waiting ....

Good quality and works well with my cable and post. Hope they will last. The website may need more description for the product.

Still don’t have all my parts. Promised now two different dead lines. Also end caps and railing engineering is poor
