Arnaque !! Ils me disent qu’ils vont expédier la commande mais toujours rien. Je leur demande où ça en est et on laisse les messages sans réponse ! Et pourtant ils sont vus !!!!!! Je demande d'annuler la commande car elle est pas encore envoyée on me dit que c’est pas possible alors que c’est la loi !!!

A fuir !!!

Je changerais cet avis si on me l’expédie finalement ou que j’obtiens un remboursement mais en attendant je vous conseille de fuire

I have to be true to what I know, the official store is indeed closed, but yet you have to trust the fact that they told clients that there is 7 days processing, then you have a delivery of 2 days. Unless issues with " la poste ".
I live in Paris and I don't have anything to say the product is true to what I've order, would I place an other order ? IDK cause there is a lack of communication and indications are not totally clear but you recieve what you order and i believe that it's a trust with the customer and seller process.

Otherwise nothing to say Thank you, and sorry for giving a negative review I should have read the delivery policy.

Update: 05/01/2024: My package finally arrived one and a half weeks ago. Not an entire scam. But it took dozens of emails, whatsapp messages, and instagram dms to finally get to someone who said the packages would be on the way almost 3 months after I ordered it.

Update 27/10: Still haven’t received my order. No response to multiple emails, calls and whatsapp messages.

A scam! AVOID. I placed an order Oct 9. Have been reaching out daily ever since via email, instagram message, whatsapp, phone calls. I got 1 response last Wednesday on WhatsApp saying they’d check on my order and let me know. I still have not heard back. Theft in broad daylight. They take your money and don’t send the item. AVOID! AVOID! AVOID!
