Trusted, great service.
It about sums it up really. I've ordered a couple of times now from seriousrc.co.uk, and on every occasion I've had no issues at all.
My order has been dispatched the same day, and arrived the following day.
The choice of delivery companies used as well also gives me great reassurance as I've never had any issues with them.
I'll be back to order more in the future, when I figure out where I'm going to store them all!

Always a great experience when dealing with Serious RC, usually when I need my car fixing! Always respond to chats and always provide a great, quick and cost effective service. Always complete the work to a high standard and return the car within a short time. Would definitely recommend to any other RC enthusiasts.

One of the best companies around. I'm pretty new to the hobby so I have been ordering quite a few bits and inevitably have had a few questions. Every order is here next day. Every time I ask a question it is answered friendly and efficiently every time. Honestly all companies should be like this. Keep up the great work :-)

What a great experince shopping with serious rc bought 3 trucks for a 4 year old and 7 year old and one for myself , fast delivery awnsered all my questions 100% recommended.

I've ordered a number of products from Serious_-RC recently, and I can honestly say that i'm not disappointed. It takes a fair bit to impress me, and it's fair to say that they have :)
Their prices were slightly cheaper than anywhere else i'd looked, but with next day delivery and as many car spares as i'd need as well, my search was over.
The cars i have (14210 & Omni Terminator Carbon) came well packaged and next day, the same for the Huina construction vehicles, all arrived fast, and as described.
I had a small issue with 2 parts not being included in one order, but they'd already realised and had attempted to contact me to explain the delay, my fault for not answering the phone.
They then explained via the website chat function when I contacted them about the issue, the parts were already with the postie and will be with me in 24 hours.
I certainly can't knock a star off for that, you don't get bigger companies explaining delays or giving you a call in person, But Serious-RC did.
I also appreciate that they stripped a part i required off a brand new car to accodate me, would a bigger company even consider that?
All in all, a true 5 star company that really does go that extra mile for the customer (and impressed this one)

This is the second time I’ve ordered an RC car from Serious-RC. I’ve got to say I’m really impressed. Both times the car was delivered promptly and well packaged. On the second order it came with a separate charger, which didn’t work properly. Mike responded to my email for assistance promptly and was incredibly helpful and arranged a speedy delivery of a new charger, after the original one was found to be faulty through no fault of Serious-RC. Great company would happily recommend to anyone and use again!

What can I say? I couldn't get the part I wanted anywhere in Australia, but I contacted Serious RC. Seeing that he sold the same model RC truck I had, I asked if they could get ahold of a new body shell for my 1/5 HSP truck, & i got a fast reply saying he had a few there, & he went out of his way to work out the best & cheapest way to post such a large item to me & he did a splendid job, above & beyond what most sellers would think of doing, & I can't say enough about serious-rc
But I can say this: you won't find a more genuine & helpful seller than Mike. 5-stars all the way, & I HIGHLY recommend Serious RC to anyone thinking of buying RC cars/buggies/trucks, etc., or gear & parts ... Thanks again, Mike... you made my day. Cheers.

Phoned up the company asking about a RC car part and 24hrs later is arrived and I’ve fitted it to the said RC car 5*

I was wanting to get back in to RC Cars after a 15 year break .
I spoke to Mike with regards to what car would suit me as I had several options that I had looked at on the website .

I am very happy with the MJX Hyper Go 16207 RC Car 1/16 Off Road Brushless 3S Version .
