Excellent communication from Ollie regarding the progress of the repairs to our Nissan Qashqai, he kept us informed of progress and any delays due to parts supply.

Door to door collection and return meant that there was little inconvenience . Follow up contact to check that the motor is functioning well . A very good service . Well done .

The service was good and the information provided was timely. There was a delay in the repairs being completed although this was due to the availability of parts and so no fault of the company.

I put my Santa Fe in to Service 4 Service due to a faulty automatic gear box, not only did S4S find and pick up on other faults which they rectified, but when I encountered some issues, they not only worked with me to resolve this, but enabled me to sort everything out with them. I am now happily cruising the roads again, with a very smooth automatic gear box and would recommend these guys to anyone needing work, especially related to automatic gear boxes.

Contacted S4S when I had issues with my DSG gearbox on my VW T6. Having spoken to a few local garages the pricing was varied and came with caveats based on what they might find which left me wondering what the bill might be. S4S were referred through a friend and gave me confidence from the outset. I was offered some options relating to the scope of works and from there it was very smooth. Van was collected, sorted and returned on time. Great Service I'll use them again

Thank you again Service 4 Service for my gearbox repair. I've got a Mercedes and had them carry out repairs on the engine in July last year and they got my car running smoothly. Two weeks ago then my gearbox started making a grinding noise, and Ollie was so helpful. I spoke to another company and they quoted me really cheap, but I just didn’t believe them. But Ollie was very knowledgeable and diagnosed the issue over the phone and gave me a very accurate quote. I've been driving my car again now for a few days and it's like new! Thanks and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend you.

S4S did it all, picked up the car from the local garage, gave me a quote, fixed it (replaced the transmission) and then returned it to my house, all fixed.

Had a geabox repair on my ford kuga 2ltr automatic, the car was picked up and returned, the car now drives amazing many thanks to Peter for his help and support.

After a few weeks ringing around different Garages trying to get someone to help me get my car back on the road. I had almost given up hope when Peter from Service 4 Services went above and beyond to get me the help, they didn’t have to help as my car was out of the area but Peter went out of his way to get my car back on the road. What amazing team, they traveled miles to pick my car up and was in contact with me throughout, there was no hidden cost everything and there was a full breakdown of the parts and cost needed. My car was repaired quickly. Thanks Peter and your team for going out of your way to help me when no other garage would

Very grateful for the service provided by Service 4 Service and George Liddiard. I purchased a “lemon” at aunction and went to them as I was local to one of the gearbox workshops.
They rebuilt the gearbox and replaced a number of other components. Kept me up to date throughout and used another local Ford specialist to ensure other faults wouldn’t prevent a successful repair.
Very happy with the service. Now just fingers crossed the rest of the car holds up! Thanks to George and the team.

My car had been gradually losing power struggling to even move, as if unable to get in gear, it's an automatic.
I got my local garage to come out, jump start it as it wouldn't even start. Got to garage. They did a diagnostic with a tool you plug in, which was inconclusive. They said it may be the gearbox but not sure. But we can't fix it as we don't do automatics. So I shopped around found service for service and the good reviews. Applied on line.
Told them a brief history like over last few days struggling to move, taking ages to get it to start, cooling water tank empty n overheat fan coming on, topped up but losing water again, latest problem not starting not even holding charge. Needing jumping. I put all this down thinking the more info the better for them. They rang was very understanding yes we can get it sorted. Came picked up from garage even spoke to chaps in garage about it who informed them it wasn't holding a charge. They took it away to a garage in Derby. I rang up a coupla days later, to service for service, they said yes they can sort it as their auto specialists in gearboxes Then they told me a couple of weeks later it will be around 2.5 grand to fix. I asked for a while to think it over as it was my deceased Dad's car.
I rang up 2 days later n said yes OK go ahead they acted dumb, go ahead with what. Mending the gear box I replied, what you said and quoted, as that was what I was told they could do as the garage in Derby was automatic gearbox specialist.
Oh we can do that but it don't start you need to get that fixed first. I said I thought you told me you could mend it. Oh yes we can but it needs to be sorted re the not starting problem first. Which I'd already mentioned in the initial application on line. Then they charged me for fetching it and taking it back plus their diagnostic.
My garage has since sorted it at less than half their estimate. These guys have took advantage of a grieving daughter who didn't want to lose her late Fathers car.
Please be mindful. I'm very unhappy with how I was spoken to. I'd told them on the initial application for help it wouldn't start and other problems, even my garage did too. Lead to believe yes it was the gears and we can fix it wasn't the gears causing the problem. Well annoyed.£300 plus out of pocket too. Don't go there.

I decided to use this company to fix my car based on what I read on their website, They gave me a quote for the work that will be carried out however, after they finished I was given a much higher quote than previously agreed on. Nevertheless, I got my car back and it's driving perfectly.

this was not a straight forward job due to a previous owners attempt to repair this they swapped out the transmission so the chassis no could not be used as a reference point the local vauxhall dealership washed their hands of the car lucky for me i found s4s they were confident they could do the job and they have works a treat thanks to peter razario ond the team i am a happy man again first class service well that is if it keeps working
