Services United installed a new heat pump for us. It cost over 13K. They stood inside our house and said they will install one that qualifies for energy rebates of $3,450. After the unit was installed, our Utility Co denied my rebate. I have been calling Services United for 3 months. They have yet to call back. I hope that no one else falls for this trap. I trusted them, but "let the buyer beware" is how capitalism works. This is all a shame because we like the service people.
