The good news is that the four spools you received are the genuine Brother serger thread, full quality and exactly what was advertised, whether they come in a box or a sealed bag. Packaging can occasionally vary on our end, but the product itself is the real deal. If there's ever an actual issue with the thread, or if there is anything else you need, please just give us a call. We'd be more than happy to help and make sure you're taken care of.
