Very pleased with my products and service received from SexShop365, i have ordered with them several times before and have never had a problem. There option for free delivery is great and it arrives the next day. The prices are very good and quality of the items are excellent. Couldn't be happier

I usually buy on [Link] that is absolutely great. The design of the site is attractive, the products of very good quality, etc...

I found sexshop365 surfing on internet and although the design of the site was not really appetizing I decided to give it a try. I receive my command quickly but the content....completely disappointing. All items were of very poor quality despite their average price, and one item was not even working.
The toy - made in China of course - started burning the second I push the ON button ! I contacted the customer service to return the toy obviously and no one mentionned the fact I bought it with a 3 for 2 offer.

But then I received an email from the customer service saying I will only be refunded 2/3 of the price because it was part of an offer. On top of that they charged me the price of a 'free gift' they gave to me because my order was over £45 !!

I wrote them back saying how disappointed I was and if I could return everything because clearly I regretted my order with them. And I simply got no response... What a comprehensive customer service...

Not going to buy anything from this website again

i placed an order for 2 items on the 12th january 2011, i had a confirmation email and a text message to my mobile after 5 minutes and i got my order the very next day and it was a free delivery.

I just strayed to another retailer as they were a bit cheaper and got stung with no service and a fake item.

How different sexshop365 is. They answer calls and emails speedily and are helpful.
I placed an order at 3.30pm and received a txt 5mins later confirming dispatch. Plus I got my order the next day. Wowee

I wont stray again. I wish all online stores were this good.
