The effort that Shadeplus put into the whole process from initial contact, through the sail design and on to manufacture was outstanding.
The Shadeplus team have been exceptionally enjoyable to deal with, being very helpful and quick to respond to any query. They gave a consistent and infectious air of calm and confidence, making the whole experience of dealing with them an innovative pleasure.
The online method of going through the design phase was very impressive and, more importantly, very effective in ensuring we achieved the design we wanted.
The sails look great and work really well. They have been much admired by everyone who has seen them.
In summary, I couldn't recommend Shadeplus more.

Throughout the process of ordering the blinds the Shadeplus team were fantastic. The initial design was exactly what we were looking for, the process of taking measurements was very easy with clear guidance of where the blinds would be positioned. The fitting of the blinds was very easy (stickers were given to put in the position of where the blinds would fasten to the conservatory- which remained until the blinds were fitted) and were up in no time at all.

The blinds themselves... excellent. Our conservatory used to be unbearable on a sunny day, which meant we are unable to use it. However we have found that the blinds do reduce the glare/heat coming into the room considerably.

Our order was professionally dealt with from beginning to end; we sent the dimensions of our conservatory on-line and they did the rest. Completion was promised by the end of the month and the delivery was within that time frame. Fitting proved straightforward using the enclosed instructions and the result has matched our expectations.

Top quality professional product with a certain wow factor and a 5 year warranty. Tip is to spend time getting the measurements right and the friendly design team will send you some modern custom designs. I went for a 4 sail custom design which were easy to install using the supplied metal fixings with no sag or ripples as they stretch across the roof space.
Bonus is you can take them down easily and wash them at home. Thanks Shadeplus for all your support.

Shades make the conservatory a much more useable space, have reduced the heat in the summer by about 50%. In addition they look good an come down to be cleaned.

The shades for our conservatory from Shadeplus really look the part, providing some shade and protection from excessive glare while not excluding our view of the sky so that we still have the sensation of being outside. Aesthetically they very pleasing and everyone thinks they are 'cool'. Even at night the shades make the conservatory more cosy with light being reflected off their surfaces giving a warmer feel to the space. Shadeplus helped with the design, offering alternatives to our original thoughts and installed them with the minimum of fuss or distruption. We would highly recommend them.

we have a large conservatory and desperately needed blinds . we contacted Inshade sails and they provided help and advice about thier products ,they even sent samples of all the possible fabrics. Placing an order for four custom sails was made easy by the help they provided over the phone and by email. Delivery was on time and just as they promised installation was really easy.
They have been installed for several months now and they work extremely well. They keep the room cool but not dark are easy to clean and as a bonus for us they helped to cut down noise echo.
We would ,and do, recommend this solution to our freinds and visitors , and they were a fraction of the cost of blinds but in our opinion do a better job.

To make the most of a conservatory cut out the glare without reducing the natural light. Sails from Shadeplus not only enhance the benefits of a conservatory they look good, are easy to fit, easy to look after and are inexpensive compared to blinds. Even given a choice, Shadeplus is the number one in conservatory appointments.

The design and admin team were friendly and helpful and meticulous in getting the custom-made blinds correct in order to accommodate the odd design feature in my conservatory. The instructions were easy to follow and the blinds fitted exactly as shown on the illustrated plan, based on the photographs and dimensions I emailed. Fitting them on my own, aged 60+, was a slight challenge but the anticipation was worse than the execution and achieved reasonably quickly. Altogether a well priced and elegant solution which awaits the summer to fully test the results.

My shades are one of my better buys! The quality is excellent with the added advantage of being fully washable unlike some other shading options.
I wasn't sure at first of the design I would need but with excellent advice and design help I soon had the plan to go ahead. They even sent a sample for me to look at before I went ahead with the purchase.
I was also a little worried about fitting them myself but the company suggested a local fitting service that turned out to be excellent. I know now that they are quite easy to fit if you have reasonable DIY skills!
If you're thinking of buying shades look no further than this company, you will be delighted with both the shades and customer service.

From start to finish they made the process easy and simple to follow. We looked at other suppliers like shadesailblinds.com but we couldn't fault the service & solution offered to us.
The sails are up and take the bite out of the heat, maintaining a nice light feel and look amazing.
Don't bother with roof blinds go for these, you wont be disappointed !

We decided that we needed to sort out the shading in our conservatory after temperatures reached 90 degrees one day. I sent an email to Shadeplus requesting a quote, and then spoke to Matt several times regarding what we needed. Once the sails were ordered, we had communication from Shadeplus about delivery and installation, and the whole process was made very easy by their excellent customer service. The sails were installed easily as described and we now can enjoy our conservatory on even the hottest days.

We were looking for something to reduce the glare in our conservatory but didn't want anything old fashioned looking. After seeing picture online the style and practicality definitely fitted the bill. The survey was easy to do and when I had a small problem in installation a couple of emails to customer service and we were up an running. They have been in a few months now and we love them and people always comment how nice the look.

We originally purchased our conservatory sails from Inshade in 2011. We were impressed by the design assistance & prompt delivery. They functioned well until this year when a neighbour's cat got in through a roof-light and trashed them. The replacement sails were supplied just as quickly and without fuss. Well done.

Right from the beginning we had every confidence in this company. Matt was straightforward in answering our questions and helped us through the decision making and measuring process. As a result, we have two beautifully designed and manufactured sails that do exactly what we hoped they would do. We fitted them ourselves, by following the accompanying instructions EXACTLY and we had them in place in a little over an hour.
They have transformed our conservatory and they create a wonderful softness to the space at night too - something we hadn't thought about.
They are much admired, and not just by us!

I'm very pleased with my sail blinds , they look modern and stylish as well as solving the heat and bright light in our conservatory . I found the ordering process very easy and Matt was very helpful . I also did ask them to arrange for fitting and this was value for money . I was impressed with the installer who continually checked I was happy . Shadeplus are a great company with a great product .

Their "Self Survey" is idiot proof! The design they then return is economical and attractive. The sails then follow promptly with excellent hardware and instructions. You do not have to be a technical genius to install the them. And......the cost is modest for the quality of the product.
