Fantastic service
Fantastic service! Ordered an upright vacuum cleaner (similar to the one I purchased 6 years ago) late pm and arrived next day before 3pm by DPD. Brilliant service, so quick and efficient. Vacuum was well packaged in strong recyclable paper in very strong box which helps to prevent damage to item. Would definitely recommend Sharkninja.

Customer Support a nightmare
Customer Support a nightmare products are good but if something goes wrong they just don't want to hear from you 1 hour 40 minutes to sort out a damaged part when delivered. Chat box not fit for purpose keeps sending you around in circles. Once they have your money you're on your own .Will never buy another shark ninja product again for that reason. One star is one to many .

Great service, I did get my two pans replaced, although it took many emails and a reminder. I do have almost all of the Ninja appliances and have no problems with them. My next purchase will be the coffee machine and I feel confident about buying it. Thank you Ninja.

Actually purchasing the item on line was easy but unfortunately I have still not received my parcel as parcel force keep delivering it to Milton Keynes when I am in Manchester.

Delivery and customer services a joke
Said it sad delivered 3 days ago, and it still hasn’t come. Ive tracked the item and it says at a delivery sorting depot. Customer services said j need to wIt 5 days before they will even look after it. Meanwhile im out of pocket for a gift i needed for a birthday
