1st time buyer. The usefulnes is awesome. However, the u-shaped metal connector needs to he welded. If pulled on it w enough force, it will deform rendering one connecter useless

Delivery to the US from the UK took a few weeks. Package arrived with no incidents. Tracking number was provided when the order was shipped. I could track my order throughout.

There was some initial trouble trouble getting my order to me, as the package went to the UK instead of the USA, but I contacted the customer support and they were very helpful in getting my package to me in a quick manner.
