Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback on our Brighton and Arundel Castle holiday. We’re sorry to hear that the Leonardo Hotel did not meet your expectations, particularly regarding its suitability for older guests and the lack of luggage porterage and evening entertainment.

We also appreciate your comments about the temperature and music in the lounge, as well as the service and staff training in the restaurant. We understand how these factors can affect your overall enjoyment, and we’ll share your feedback with the relevant team.

Thank you again for your honest feedback, and we hope to welcome you on a future Shearings holiday where we can provide a more enjoyable experience.

Thank you for your feedback. I'm delighted to hear that you found the holiday to be good value for money and that the hotel's central location gave you the opportunity to enjoy both the included excursions and some time exploring Brighton at your own pace.

It's great to know that you had such an enjoyable experience and were able to make the most of everything the destination had to offer.
