Great service as always, very professional and attentive.
I was immediately referred to NGH Ophthalmology when a problem was spotted, resulting in corrective surgery. Very pleased with the outcome, and my new prescription glasses which were made up quickly, thank you to everyone.

The eye tests were carried out professionally and my issue with double vision diagnosed. The solution also worked. The situation was clearly explained and the follow up service fitting my new glasses was again professionally carried out with good attention to detail.

Always a very professional service. Ok, so the spectacles can be expensive but the care is worth it.

Sheinman look after me. They aren't cheap, but the service for eyes (and lately ears) has been superb. My first prescription from them was from 1984 so I'm a very regular and happy customer.

Dispensing me a lenses without even asking me what quality I would like?!
Please ask your customer don't assusme its offensive.

Not even calling me to say they were ready to collect when I was desperate to get them.

Professionally run company who look after your eyes... and care!

It was good to be able to report at my annual eye check-up that the problems I had been experiencing the previous year had been resolved by following the excellent advice given by my optometrist. When the eye examination was completed my glasses were then serviced. I did decide to buy a new pair and use my older pair as a back-up. The selection process and fitting were also excellent. All the glasses I have bought have fitted perfectly first time. I would whole-heartedly recommend Sheinmans.
