Great services!

I have finally found a doctor that understood what I was saying. I have multiple eye sight issues and some opticians don't address them all, but this time I have got the perfect lens. Thank you so much! I'll be back!

Excellent customer service

Excellent customer service from the moment you enter the building and for each of the services offered. The opticians are friendly and supportive. You never feel like they are trying to sell you things. Even when you are looking at purchasing glasses, there is always great advice and guidance given, again never steering towards wanting you to spend excessively. Sheinman’s is a welcoming place where you are always made to feel special.

We have all had exceptional service, the warmest welcome and the best professional advice from Marc Williams and all the supporting staff for the entire time. A very happy customer.

A seamless process from eye test to selection and purchase of new glasses. Staff were very helpful in giving advice on different types of frames and lenses, and taking time to ensure the fit was correct. Overall, I was very happy with my new glasses

I have been a customer of Sheinman


I have been a customer of Sheinman Opticians for more than 20 years and I would not go anywhere else.

I have a neurodivergent brain - ADHD and Autistic - and I find it hard to fully trust people and organisations with my health. Sheinman's staff are so brilliant and fully expert in what they do, I am always totally confident that I will be well looked after.

They have not yet let me down.

The service is excellent for both eye tests, denoting problems and advice on eye care.
The frames are produced by professional dispensers which the correct lens are fitted.
