I had an incredible experience with Gary from Sherlock Homes Inspectors for my peer training and test inspection. Gary’s depth of knowledge, professionalism, and attention to detail are top-notch. We did our own research & found his hands on approach, together with his expertise, were amazing. We had lots of questions for Gary and he answered all of them, which put our minds at rest.

Gary happened to be in the UK and so we sought his advice and expertise. Our estate agent had never seen such a detailed report, even ones provided by RICS.

His attention to detail, combined with Thermal Imaging was second to none. Based on his findings, we were successfully able to negotiate a whopping 20k off the price of the house. His fee in comparison nothing compared to what he saved us. It was definitely a worth while investment engaging Gary's services.

Gary Rose performed 2 inspections on potential investment properties. He was brilliant with his detail and reporting. We paid in total $1,285 and he actually saved us $18,000.00!! As he was completely unbiased and an independent inspector and NOT working for the Realtor in order to get his next inspection. With his detailed report with over 140 images we were able to negotiate a great price saving us a fortune. In fact, the money Gary saved us, we were able to book 2 weeks in Mexico to celebrate our saving and purchase!
