Company appears to have been closed down.no access onthe internet and I am owed a lot of compensation .
Have they run off with the money? Contacting the FCA

I discovered the solar flare today blocked the internet . Despite not responding to me directly I am happy to say that this evening the money came through . Happy to update my review .

I couldn’t believe this was real. I was so worried about giving my bank details out but they only need your name sort code and account number. The payments went into my bank literally straight away. My bank only allows so much in at a time but shieldpay split my payment into 3 different payments over 3 days. You have literally made a massive change to my life. Thank you all so so much.

No one is picking up the phone…impossible to get hold of. Supposed to get a link to verify my bank details. Been 10 days now and still nothing…

I received the link to verify my information and to insert my bank account details.
After 24 hours I received the payment.

Have been trying to be paid since early July. No one answers the phones and no one replies to emails. When you call them they keep you on hold for 10 minutes and then tell you they're too busy to answer... but all is not lost, they recommend that you send an email (which they will never reply to).
Looking at other 1-star reviews, it appears that the only way that they respond to people is if you let everyone know how useless they are on here. They then tend to come in with a reply to say that they'll process your payment.
If they monitored their Support email address as well as they monitor Trustpilot, maybe the 1-star reviews would reduce. Seriously infuriating to deal with.

I have found sheildpay excellent to deal with and very much appreciate them corresponding and keeping me up to date . Transaction was prompt and problem free, I would reccomend sheildpay

The next day I was contacted via email with a link to their secure website. I entered my banking details and within 24 hours the money was in my account!
