10/10. If you’re in sales, you need this ASAP!!

Absolutely love what they are doing in the auto industry and outside it! Their team is super helpful, too. When I had a technical issue with my computer(my own fault) they had their IT Support team reach out to me in less than an hour to make sure I could operate Shiftly’s tool! Super easy to understand and use, they even have a bunch of learning materials that helped tremendously. Overall amazing experience and almost 3x the amount of cars I sold after working with Shiftly Auto. Don’t miss out!!

I got my start in the car industry years ago, where I learned to generate my own traffic on Facebook Marketplace and found a lot of success with it. Over time, I saw that many dealerships could benefit from a tool to help them list cars easily and get more leads. That’s why I created Shiftly.

My first month with Shiftly Auto

My first month with Shiftly Auto, my sales manager had said if I didn’t sell five more cars than I had, I would be fired. After starting, I learned how to close at a higher level and generate my own leads. I sold 5 more cars by the end of the month and had a completely new skill set and perspective on sales. All my friends that I’ve watched use this tool that had a good work ethic have succeeded. I have friends who’s jobs it’s saved and friends who have made life changing money in their first month using Shiftly. The only people who I have seen fail with this tool are the ones who use it as a crutch, don’t work hard, or made excuses for themselves. Wish I knew about this a lot sooner so I wouldn’t have missed out on as many opportunities from the funnel I built.

Great Idea, Terrible Execution.

Shifty Auto’s Program was great at first

Their comunication and everything else was very wonky I would say. I had tons of questions and they never truly explained the step-by-step process looks like. No in depth training and I never got a clear understanding of how to use their system. They’ll just send you videos and how it works and just throw you out there. It would take at least 3-4-5 hours for me to even get a response back sometimes. And honestly the Management doesn’t really understand how their own program works either. Every problem was, “oh let me let this person know” “Oh i don’t know let me get with my tech team”. I didn’t need the program after a while and failed to realize that I was still on a re-accuring subscription until I was charged for $300. Okay, it is understandable. But I havn’t even used the program. Not a single customer on the list for a whole month. Denied to give me a refund or Partial Refund. Management plays the victim card and altercations arose. Not very professional instead chose to blame me for the dispute by playing the victim. I agreed to the fact I was unaware of the subscription. But $300 for something I did not use is giving away free money, and instead of comming to an actual solution and meeting their customer and client in the middle. Chose to keep 100% of my money and basiclly told me to kick rocks. I would recommend the program which looks and sounds amazing, but Shiftly’s team and staff is just terrible. Not proffessionals and I wouldn’t recommend. Go with someone else. I couldn’t even get a hold of their upper-management since “he’s such a busy guy” which I understand, but to not tend to YOUR customers and help them feel satisfied and fufilled or even explation the situation further. Truly doesn’t care about clients. Don’t go with these guys. Save your money and throw it somewhere where they’ll actually take your time and money seriously

Customer service argued with me through email, too!

These folks knew, especially Brandon Sandoval that I wasn’t able to use their tool past 12 hours - yet they told me to “buy their subscription” and “we’ll cross that bridge when we get there” if my dealership wouldn’t allow me to use their tool. The possibility of a refund if things don’t work out - JUST TO GET AN EMAIL WHEN THING DID NOT WORK OUT SAYING SORRY WERE GONNA KEEP YOUR MONEY!
