Everything very good, apart from emails. Had them sent and not received them, had them sent and unable to access them, tried changing passwords and still no good.

We've had excellent service from Shires, they've given us good advice across a range of accounting and business issues. They have a nice, friendly approach too, highly recommended.

Always a fantastic service from everyone at Shires. Very grateful for how easy they make it to file accounts and run payroll. They are always happy to answer any queries I have quickly. Everyone is so nice to deal with and super helpful.

I rang this morning regarding queries I had on final payments to staff in the event of company closure and was given clear instructions and advice on redundancy procedure. Shires have been managing our payroll for the last few years and have always been helpful and given me guidance when required.
