DONT ORDER HERE!

I ordered here in November. After waiting for three weeks I only received one item of the four items I ordered. I tried contacting them multiple times but haven’t received a reply. The quality of the product is very bad as well.

A complete joke. I bought the magic leggings and the color is very off and unnatural looking, not as pictured. They are extremely long. I am 5’3 and the tummy control band comes up to my upper chest and compresses my pancreas instead of my stomach. It’s way above anywhere on my abdomen. When I asked for a refund is where I really ran into trouble. At first customer service didn’t want to give me a refund, even though it’s stated they do refunds. Every contact with them was very delayed. Took a couple days for them to reply and they asked for pictures of the leggings to make sure I hadn’t worn them they said. I did that and then they replied back with the refund policy still instead of sending me the return authorization form. I said yes I want a refund. So then they send me supposedly the link for the return authorization form. I get to the store to do the return and the link is invalid. Have to wait another day again for a reply back to which they told me to be patient that it was an error on there end. Now I get another email today asking am I sure I want to do a refund and now I will have to pay a 10% restocking fee if I do plus shipping. Seems like they don’t actually do refunds at all, they try to drag out the 7 day return window from delivery and they make it a huge problem for the customer to try to return the product.

I recently ordered a jacket and a belt from them, and even tho shipping took a while (I live in Europe so that might be why ++ the pandemic that is going on), the package arrived and the stuff I bought was exactly as expected! Good quality, looks like in the pictures, and even got a free, small heart plushie with it <3
