Thank you for your review.

We can see that this has already been resolved directly with you, and as mentioned in our email correspondence, this was unfortunately a technical error and not how our shipping is intended to work.

We always ship DDP, meaning that we cover all duties and taxes, so customers should never be charged upon delivery. In this case, the shipment was handled incorrectly, which led to the customs charge.

As soon as we became aware of this, we refunded the full amount and have taken steps internally to ensure this does not happen again.

We completely understand your frustration, and we truly appreciate you bringing this to our attention.

We completely understand why this feels frustrating and confusing. The wet bag is automatically added with swim purchases, but it should of course be much clearer how it’s handled in case of a return. What you experienced is due to an issue in our return flow, and this is something we’ve now identified and are working on fixing.

We’re really sorry to hear that the fit didn’t work out as expected. It does sound like the band may be too loose, which can affect both support and lift quite a bit. In some cases, sizing down in the band can make a big difference, even if the size guide suggests otherwise.

It could also be worth trying the same style in lace, as that material can offer a slightly firmer feel and more hold compared to mesh.

Thank you for your feedback, and I am truly sorry for the frustration caused by the delayed return handling.

After reviewing the return tracking, we can see that something unfortunately went wrong in the transport flow. There is a gap of around two weeks in the tracking where the parcel does not appear to have been picked up or forwarded as expected. This is of course not our usual process and understandably resulted in a longer delay than anticipated.

We can confirm that the return was received by us on January 3, and the refund has now been completed.

We sincerely apologise for this experience and appreciate your patience.

We haven’t received any claim or message from you, but we would really appreciate the chance to help. Our products are made with high quality materials, and around 80 percent of our styles use fabrics containing more than 80 percent sustainable fibres. If any stitching is coming apart, that should not happen, and we are more than happy to investigate and replace any faulty items.

Regarding sizing, our chart is based on body measurements rather than general clothing sizes, but we understand that finding the perfect fit can still take some adjustment. Your feedback is valuable and helps us continue improving our guidance.

Thank you for sharing your experience with us. We’re really glad you loved the look and feel of the pieces, but we’re truly sorry that the panties didn’t hold up or feel comfortable for you. That’s not the experience we want anyone to have.

We actually decided to take this product offline for a while and redo the production from the ground up to make sure the quality is exactly where it should be. A new and improved version is coming this spring.

I’m happy our team could help at the time, but I understand how frustrating it is when a replacement doesn’t last either. If you ever want help finding something that fits your needs better, we’re here. And we’re really glad to hear you’re enjoying the mesh bra.
