Besteld op zondag, woensdag en vrijdag gebeld wanneer het geleverd zou worden, dinsdag opnieuw gebeld en toen bleek het geld teruggestort te zijn. Hadden we niet om gevraagd. Drie keer gebeld, meteen een medewerker aan de lijn, al met al viel het mee!

This has been the most exceptional experience I have ever had. First, I actually talked to someone living in the states, the actual owners..not an India firm. The prices are unbeatable for a small company. The shipping thing that people have complained about is not the fault of the company. I recently bought a laptop through Walmart and the shipping was 'free'. Of course I selected. Next thing my laptop was left outside in the rain on my deck from FedEx. People need to be bashing the shippers. Anywho, great experience from shopextreme. Will buy from again for sure.

I ordered a Dig camera battery, price seemed to good to be true.($9.99) It was shipped USPS First class, so they said. I waited 5 business days & then emailed them. (hadnt got it) they said to wait a few more days. I waited a total of 10 business days (USPS 1st class is 1-3 days) & emailed them again. That is when I got an email saying that they called the warehouse & it was on backorder all this time & never shipped. I orig ordfered it on March 30th for a trip I was taking on April 17th. Today is the 14th & I JUST got their email. DON"T ORDER FROM THEM!! At least they refunded my account (so they said, I havent looked at it before writing this)
