The shreddy superwomen is amazing it’s helped me so much please never discontinue it and keep it in stock I don’t know how I’ll ever cope without it thank you

As someone with PCOS I have tried multiple different supplements for women and nothing has been as amazing as superwoman has! After taking for a month I got my period back and my cycle is back to how it should be! Have noticed I’m not as tired as I was before and my skin looks much better as well! I’ve recommended to so many of my friends!

SUPERWOMAN- super unsupportive.

I was so excited to try this product and genuinely really believed in the ethos behind the brand and had a lot of trust.

The product made me poorly instantly, I realised this was the cause after a week and contacted their customer service. I hoped they’d offer a refund for the product I had to dispose of or offer to try another product. They did not care at all, no support solution offered. When you’re desperate to support symptoms, it’s hard to throw money down the drain.

Lost all trust in the brand.

Missing order

Ordered 2x supplements from website on February 26th, tracking with Evri showed a delay on February 27th and hasn’t moved since.

I have had to chase customer service to respond to me (4 times with no answer) and even then they said they’re investigating.

Completely unacceptable from a brand I’ve seen actively publicise their ‘great’ customer service.

To have no resolution 7 days later to the initial issue is disgraceful.

The most amazing customer service I’ve experienced! The team were so quick at replying and so lovely and went above and beyond to answer both my questions and services!! Absolutely a loyal customer :)

Love the layout of the app and the option to set a routine to suit your week as well as add in extra workouts. I’m in my 3rd year of using the app and find the challenges are only getting better!

Awful customer service. The super greens had gone off before the best before date and they wouldn’t do anything about it. I explained there needed to be storage instructions on the pack if this was the case i.e use within X months after opening but there isn’t. Completely misleading for the consumer

Well, I ordered two powders and had to pay import duty taxes (I live in an EU country) so that wasn’t a fab start. The postage was high enough and said Deutsche Post with no indication I’d end up forking out even more to receive it. I emailed 4 days ago to Shreddy and have not heard back.
The package therefore arrived half open, and literally just two crumpled up powder bags inside. No mail note, nothing. The delivery therefore was pretty sad and did not look nor feel high end/ professional. I personally think 30 servings is quite low for the costs because 1 month is not long enough to see balanced results from any boosted supplements. Other than that, it’s a good mix of ingredients.

Great company and quick delivery. Love the bedtime one but it is bitty and doesn’t fully dissolve. The greens one doesn’t taste amazing but better than others!

This app was amazing, I really struggle to find time to work out and structure my workouts so this was perfect. The trust has been lost because annually I get locked out of my account/subscription because the price has gone up and I need to buy a new subscription. I don't mind incremental increases, but today it has gone up from £24 something per quarter to £31.99 ??? And no Comms about this either explaining why such a jump. No respect or courtesy to loyal customers.

Love the Shreddy brand and the perfect way in which they enable vitamins and minerals to be taken. Their powders are formulated so well that it means taking your daily supplements is a pleasure!! No more huge tablets or horrible tasting spray - just a fruity flavoured drink that is bursting with goodness!

I’ve never gone out of my way to write a negative trustpilot review before - so that says a lot. The app itself refused to save any of my progress and kept deleting all past exercises / progress. I contacted SHREDDY to get no resolution to my problem - was told they’d get back in touch. FIVE MONTHS later they finally responded querying my issues - no to provide a solution but just to finally clarify what was wrong. I work full time (clearly unlike their customer support team) so did not respond to their query - 5 days later they’ve told me they’re closing my ticket. Shocking customer service. As a previous customer of both SHREDDY and tala I’m disgusted this is how they treat customers once you’ve clearly spent your money.

Love Shreddy SuperGreens, have been taking them consistently for over a year now, and the few times I've missed taking them for a few days/ a week, I've become sick! So it's clear it really helps my immune system. I've also seen nail and hair growth (confirmed by my nail tech!). I don't drink coffee and can't have iced tea past 1pm as it keeps me up at night, but find this is a perfect mid afternoon pick me up. I've only tried the Mango and Pineapple flavour, I like it and I don't think it tastes too earthy or like grass haha, but I personally always use ice cold water as I find this helps the taste. I will continue to be a repeat SuperGreens customer.
I did try taking the SuperSkin for about 8 months and eventually decided it wasn't for me. There's quite a unique sweet taste - and peach iced tea is my favourite drink! - but again, ice cold water makes it better and I used to mix it with the SuperGreens which made it easier for me. I did contact Shreddy customer service re my issue with SuperSkin and they were amazing; I was really happy with the support I received from them. Also I really appreciate it being vegan! That's the only reason I tried it in the first place as had been wanting to try collagen but wanted a vegan alternative, so thanks Shreddy for proving it's possible!
I'm currently about a month into trying the SuperSnooze, again, I find it tastes best cold. Will hold my review until I've been using it for longer, but so far I do like the taste until the last couple of mouthfuls as suddenly it's quite sweet. Also the packet is a lot smaller for the SuperSnooze compared to the SuperGreens and SuperSkin, I should have realised this from the grams but I missed it and so was quite surprised when it arrived.
All three do mix well with just a spoon, I don't think a hand held whisk is necessary.
Would really love to see Shreddy bring out an option to choose whether to include the plastic scooper or not when you order, would save so much plastic! Would also be fab to see some content on their socials about how to recycle the pouches as there's a recycle symbol on the packaging but I don't think many councils in the UK would take these as they're a mix of materials? Would also be great to see a free returns system where Shreddy recycle the used pouches for repeat customers.

I purchased the subscription due there being the option of home and gym workouts. I answered the questions stating I had no equipment. First workout said optional weights. Start the video and she says I need a step(!!), a band and optional weights. None of which I have.

Also the video wouldn't view in landscape on the android app.

Immediately cancelled subscription.

Part of my everyday routine, and can tell the difference if I forget to take it. Love it! Feels so much better since ive started it 6+ months ago,

After being bombarded with ads for collagen products on social media I decided to give it a go and Shreddy's Superskin was most appealing, being vegan and containing hyaluronic acid. Knowing I couldn't expect results in a short time I ordered two month's worth to get me started. Delivery was fine - I had no issues with the service - so the rating is for the money I wasted on the product.

The peach tea flavour is OK but it's disgustingly sweet! I tried everything to make it palatable; adding more and more water - it took about 750ml before it was dilute enough to be remotely bearable, and mixing it in a small amount of water and taking it as a shot, followed by another glass of water to try to drown the taste. I'm deliberately not using the word dissolving as there are heavy crystals in the mix that refuse to dissolve and whatever I tried got left in the glass. As I can see no reason to put something insoluble into it unless it's a critical ingredient, I can only assume most of the active ingredients I'd paid for got washed down the drain. I tried for a couple of weeks but couldn't bear to finish off the first packet and eventually chucked the remainder - over £50 worth! - into the bin.

I'm kicking myself for not thinking to check the ingredients before purchasing as I wouldn't have bought it had I realised it contained artificial sweetener, but there's no reason for Shreddy to have put so much of it in. I can't understand how this ever got through consumer testing or how it gets so many positive reviews.

I sometimes don't give myself enough time to eat well through out my busy days, a problem I think a lot of us deal with. I wanted to try the Supergreens blend to at least get in some of the vitamins and other good ingredients we need to live a healthy life. I also heard Grace talk about how much her hair had improved since drinking Supergreens which a thought to be an added bonus so I decided to give it a try. I really like the taste, it is not sweet which I like but also doesn't taste like straight up dirt which I also like. I can't say that drinking Supergreens every day has changed my life but I do enjoy the experience of it and it's definitely not making my life worse. My hair is really long and healthy and I feel good. I just feel that noticing if taking vitamins truly makes you feel better is very hard because it happens over a long time. But like I said, I love taking my Supergreens in the morning and I would like to continue doing so. I just wish that I could buy it in store and not online because of the shipping fee and the taxes I have to pay but that's the price I pay for living where I live. Anyways, have a good day :)

I really like the Supergreens and Superskin supplements and had been using the Supergreens for a year, since in launched, because I like it so much, however when I got pregnant, it was not clear on the packaging or the website whether the either product was safe to consume in pregnancy and when I tried to ask the Shreddy team (multiple ways), I didn't get a response back. So I've stopped using them during pregnancy and breastfeeding and will resume afterwards. I also found the Superskin dehydrating, which I assume is the result of the hyaluronic acid?

I have been using the SHREDDY fitness app since the beginning of the year which has boosted my confidence massively in the gym I’m a lot fitter and stronger which is what my main goal was. The videos on the equipment really do help, I watch them just to get inspired even if I do know what I am doing.

I’ve also been using the SuperGreens since January this year and honestly don’t think I could live without it now. As being cabin crew and working in very dry air most of my day my skin takes a battering as well as the thousand of germs on the air on the plane, this helps sets my immunity and have generally not got ill once this year because of it.

I then introduced Peach Tea Superskin around February time into my routine and was super excited to see the results as researching other brands I noticed they all have animal collagen where’s with this one the vegan collagen mimic's the human cells. 👏🏼

One stop shop for vitamins and workout plans, it would take a lot for me to look else where. Thanks so much SHREDDY for everything you do! 💓

I’ve noticed significant benefits since taking Supergreens, Superskin & recently added Supersnooze to my daily routine! They all taste delicious! I 100% recommend them all. Thank you Shreddy
