After begging to have the drivers and location where the tents etc from November, they did not respond till 1 hr before our flight from delhi to prayagraj.

Driver picked us up and did not even know how to reach the tents. I had to navigate and all sections of the ghats where blocked and had to guide to a point till we could proceed.

Finally got down and asked for the directions and got an auto to drop us at the location.

Manish received us a coordially and sweet talked us to pay 30k for all 4 of us for the services and pesterd us to pay upfront for the services. Snan for 2 days with boat drop to sangam and 3 temple visits and akhara darshan etc.
Walking for 2 kms even after saying one of us cannot walk for long distance etc.

They dumped 4 of us in a boat and then left saying he will be back. Waited in the boat for 1 hr in hot sun to find out we were waiting for 6 additional folks before the boat will leave.

Fought with the boat guy, and both manish and mukesh blocked our phones. Finally the boat guy agreed to take us and had a good snan. Found out Manish had cheated him too.

After that he wanted us to go mahadev mandir and he will drop us there. But he could not get us in due to crowd etc.
And we had arranged transport back to our tents.

That was the end of their service for payment 30k where they promised 2 days of snan and three temple visit and jothir lingam monument (shivalaya) and akhara darshan.

Except for the snan on the first day they just kept saying the crowd is not manageable etc and cannot provide any service
In the night before we left asked for the return drop for paid private taxi, they argued with us to leave at 5 am due to crowd etc and wanted 4 of us to walk 2 kms and pack us in one car with two more people.

Had to fight again as our flight was at 1.30 pm and leaving at 5 am drop with a couple already in the car and all our luggage etc. finally sent us to airport with a separate car and reached airport in 45 mts. Their idea was to combine two parties (6 folks with luggage etc ) and pickup another set of incoming passengers.

What a money minded folks and are one sided till you pay and then gives all kinds of excuses for not rendering promised services. We felt like we were really deceived.
Our recommendation is to not to go for any package with either Manish or Mukesh. The bikers are always available at the fraction of the cost and you will get to save all the money.

Recently visit with family for Maharashtra Jyotirlinga, It's wonderful experience recommend to everyone.

This company called SHRINE YATRA promised the earth to my party of 10 and delivered very little, and I mean very little. 4 star hotels which were promised, turned out to be less than one star. We had to find and pay for our own accommodation. The driver who was assigned to accompany us throughout our trip never turned up to pick us up at Sri Nagar. What a start to our trip and that too after a 17 hour flight. They were all full of excuses and wasted our limited time. A trip I wish to forget in a hurry. Stay away from this agent and don't believe the testimonials he shows.

They are very professional, they arranged my chardham trip very well. food accommdations are all very well arranged. i didnt had to run around for any thing. starting from pickup at the airport to until i finished my last leg of travel i e dropping back to the airport. i will definitely recommend them to my other friends as well.

We are a group of 17 members, just back from a 11 days shrine trip to Kedarnath,, Badrinath, Tungnath,, Karthikswamy temple, etc..

Sorry to say, very very bad experience. I'll never recommend this agent to anyone. From day 1 the problems started. We were supposed to be greeted & picked up from the Delhi airport. However we were asked to take a bus with all our luggages to some parking location 3 kms from the airport.

Treated us like a 3rd class citizen. I've never experienced like that in my whole life. Especially, the driver was arrogant, no respect for elders, loud music, no consideration for the guests who is travelling along with him. He was not at all cooperative. The tour agent must look after this issue, otherwise no one will travel with them in the near future. Everyday we have to argue or explain to him to do what he is supposed to do. For me, it was a hellish trip. The trip organiser was not at all professional. We went for a holy trip but it was a nightmare from day one.

Accommodation was another bad experience after visiting holy places every day. Cleanliness is not at all there. I'm totally tired and exhausted, unacceptable trip ever. The travel agent needs to learn a lot, improve and make sure your guest must get good lot of peaceful nice experience.

Beware before booking with this agent if you want a memorable trip. If I have to give a star,, it would be -100!

Kashmir is a stunning region located in the northernmost part of India. It is known for its natural beauty, including mountain ranges, forests, and lakes. My tour of Kashmir was an amazing experience that I will never forget.

One of the highlights of the tour was visiting the beautiful Dal Lake, where we took a boat ride and saw the houseboats and floating gardens. The scenery was breathtaking, and I was in awe of the natural beauty that surrounded me. We also had the opportunity to visit some of the local markets, where I was able to try some delicious traditional Kashmiri food and shop for souvenirs.

Another highlight was visiting the Mughal Gardens, which are a series of beautiful gardens built by the Mughal emperors. The gardens were impeccably maintained and offered breathtaking views of the surrounding area. We also visited some of the local temples, which were rich in history and had a peaceful atmosphere.

Overall, I highly recommend a tour of Kashmir to anyone who loves nature and wants to experience the rich culture and history of this region. The Shrine Yatra Tour & Travel Company were knowledgeable and provided a wonderful experience. I cannot wait to go back and explore more of this beautiful region.

Very arrogant people, do not have manners to talk to clients , poorest services of accommodation and food. Govt should closed down such agencies which stop the tour in the middle of journey and trouble to clients , Mr. Mukesh Jha n Raunak both only talk about money n never looked after the services provided by them. It was just a nightmare experience of chardham yatra with shrine Yatra
