ERCF V2 Came quite quickly, but came with wrong stepper drivers, a few missing pieces and a few pieces that wouldn't fit due to prodiction errors. Sent mail about it, they asked for pics, pics provided, then radio silence. they didn't reply at all to my later emails, but a few weeks later, i received the pieces i was missing/was broken. So few stars added for actually listening, but they will ghost you for the most part. At least from my experience

Ordinata la stampante 3D Voron 2.4 R2 in data 2 febbraio 2024. Ad oggi ancora non si riesce a sapere dove sia la stampante. Dispongo di un codice di tracciatura UPS che ritorna sempre la medesima risposta: Label created - The delivery date will be provided as soon as possible.
Il contatto dell'azienda via mail mi aveva rassicurato in data 20 febbraio 2024 con il seguente messaggio "5th finish custom clearance in your country, then will send to you." Chieste spiegazioni il 26/02/24 (ieri) e attualmente sono in attesa di risposta.
Update: dopo poco dalla recensione compare la data di consegna al 29/02. Probabilmente la risposta ricevuta il 20 era veritiera. Porto da 2 a 4 la valutazione.
On the 14th of april during the assembling phase we found 4 of the six HiWIN MGN9 rails to be highly defective (!). We are awaiting to see how will Siboor manage this situation.
On april 18 they sent us 4 new rails. I think they give us a fair support. The 4 pieces they are going to replace are quite expensive. For this kind of business in my opinion they deserve a 5th star.
