Despite the name this is not a UK based company they are also thieves! I bought something for 5.99 and the shipping cost did not come up until my transaction completed. The shipping fee was over 10GBP! Twice the cost of the item I wanted. When I asked to cancel due to the excessive shipping fee the support was slow but told me I would be refunded within 3 to 7 business days. It has now been nearly a month and still no refund and no product. So effectively I have had 15 GBP stolen. They also don’t answer any more of my queries about the refund.. take your business somewhere legitimate.
They are NOT the UK supplier of SIGG products and they charge in US dollars on the actual transaction.
