I’ve been renting with this agency for over a year and would definitely not recommend. They are inflexible with your changing circumstances, they only care about money. Me and my partner had to had cold showers from before Christmas up until end January as they took that long to fix the problem. Avoid at all costs!!

Extremely poor customer service. Had a broken boiler and heater that weren’t fixed for several months, even after the support ticket was closed without resolving anything.

Only after I escalated the situation—threatening to withhold rent and leave the tenancy—did they take any action. Even then, it still took another month after getting quotes to finally replace the equipment.

Would strongly advise avoiding this company.

A TOTAL DISGRACE USING VERY DISGUSTING PRACTICES
My wife and I travelled 3000 miles from abroad to view 3 properties we were interested in including one from Signature Properties . We made an offer on the house to mirror the condition of the garden and front of the property which we got in writing that had been accepted . We asked the agent Katy ,from Signature if the offer was definate and she confirmed the same to us in writing and agreed a moving in date which was in 14 days time to take advantage of the early move in discount that was being offered through their adverts . She then sent us the relevant paperwork to secure the property , and then later forwarded the draft contract to which we had a few questions regarding its content . I wrote back to her to let her know that I would be putting those queries in writing to her so she could give us clarity on the meaning of those clauses and then we would forward the deposit to her , which according to her paperwork we had 7 days to do once accepting . We then after having spoken to her all day sent us a letter saying she had shown the property to another interested party on the same morning and had accepted their offer instead , even though we had it in writing that our offer had been accepted and she said we should cancel our interest in the other properties that had been offered to us .
This is a company with no scruples or moral back bone , and I will be doing all I can to make sure they cannot do it to somebody else .

There was an agent called David Millar who name called me on an email after we caught him lying about the fact that our offer got accepted, he continued to arrange viewings even after as well, attempting to gazump us. Appalling behaviour. We lodged a formal complaint but never heard back.

I am extremely dissatisfied with the customer service provided by this company, especially the behaviour of a particular staff member after multiple attempts to communicate with her directly, she has failed to respond to any of my enquiries. However, she took it upon herself to contact a family member of mine, disclosing my personal situation, which I find deeply offensive after she has not communicated with me directly. Since then, I’ve made several attempts to reach out to both the agent and property manager, but once again, I’ve received no response from anyone.

I'd like to make clear that this is a review for Will, one of the maintenance team, NOT the company themselves. Will has been round twice now to do some painting, he's friendly, very helpful and very good at his job. I wouldn't hesitate to have him round to paint the entire house if it ever needs it. Signature Properties need many more people like him

During the viewing and letting process of an apartment for my family, Katy was very professional and helpful, guiding us and ensuring the process was not overwhelming. The handover of the apartment to me was also seamless. This is my first experience with Signature Properties UK and it has been great.
