Les bandeaux semblent être de bonne qualité et sont très beaux.
Cependant, sur l’annonce et dans certains commentaires, ils sont présentés comme des bodies alors qu’il s’agit de simples bandeaux avec culotte intégrée.
Peut être faudrait-il modifier le descriptif?

Dado que la situación nueva y compleja que afrontan las personas con estoma ya es difícil cuando uno se encuentra con una compañía que promete ser profesional,empática y " rápida"....(dos días por un envío) pues se ilusiona.Pero resulta que nada de eso es cierto, tardaron desde el 14 de junio hasta el 28 de julio en solucionar los múltiples problemas que me causaron. Unas veces me decían que faltaba uno de los tres productos que había pedido para luego decirme que faltaba otra distinto...no llegó nada hasta la primera semana de julio,y con tan mala suerte que el bañador que tanto necesitaba no me valía...claro que las instrucciones de cómo tomar las medidas son muy poco adecuadas,luego la odisea de la devolución, yo lo avisé a los quince minutos de recibir el producto,y lo envié a la mañana siguiente del modo que siilostomy me había indicado. Luego me decían que no lo habían recibido,y además que el importe a devolver era unos 31 euros menos de lo que yo había pagado por el bañador que costaba 119 con algo, pedí explicaciones, nunca se me dieron, y ahora cuando por fin ha llegado el último producto,que es horrendo,( el cinturón) y se me ha devuelto mas o menos lo que correspondía,pues quería advertir a las personas como yo, con estoma, que no se les ocurre usar la pagina ni comprar los productos de siilostomy. No se hacen responsables, no son profesionales y deshonestos.

Estafa total, pedí 3 fajas 97 euros y las tuve que devolver. Las han recibido hace un mes y todavía no me han hecho la devolución, les he mandado 2 veces todos los resguardos de correos y el seguimiento como que lo han recibido y ya ni me contestan a los correos. Un desastre.
Finalmente después de poner muchas reseñas negativas, me hicieron la devolución.

Love my bathing suit and feeling like my pouch is secure while swimming and enjoying water time with my friends and family :)

Ich habe leider seit kurzem einen Stoma und brauche dringend einen Gurt.
Siil Ostomy ist eine perfekte Chaos Firma. Ich wurde 11 Wochen nur veräppelt. Die Ware wäre unterwegs zu mir, dann europaweit nicht am Lager…So ging das ewig hin und her mit 80 Mails.
Dann habe ich noch einmal bestellt und siehe da, der Gurt kam.Aber es fehlten die Klebestreifen und der Protector. Siil Ostomy hatte dann behauptet, es wurden 2 Gurte gesendet.Wieder gelogen.
In 3 Lieferungen habe ich nun endlich alles zusammen. Einen Gurt habe ich storniert. Das hat die wohl total durcheinander gebracht, trotz unterschiedlicher Bestellnummern.Wie vermuttet fehlten bei der 2. Bestellung die Klebestreifen und der Protector.
Maßangaben stimmen auch nicht. Gurt ist zu groß. Musste ich aber erst einmal nehmen.

Ich habe einen neuen Gurt beim Wettbewerb bestellt. Bessere Qualität, schnell geliefert und nur 15 % des Preises von Siil Ostomy!!

Meine Nerven haben stark gelitten. Die Zeit ist mir echt zu schade !!

Ordering was easy, upon placing the order I received an email stating that a label was created and within 2-5 days I will receive my package. The next day I received another email stating my order left the warehouse . I waiters the five full days and I went to track with ups only to find out that the package had never gotten to the warehouse. I contacted them and asked what the hold up was. The ONLY email I received was don’t want a refund?? I responded saying no I want what I got charged for, and please send me another product. I have wrote three more emails, and no one is getting back to me, nor have I received my order. Sadly I thought this company was a reputable company only to find out what a headache it is now to dispute my charge… please consider ordering from another company they are very unprofessional.

Important UPDATE for the original review:

I eventually got refunded by PayPal for this order because I couldn't find another way to approach this than through them. Some time after that the products left the warehouse and were delivered and eventually I was able to get proper connection from SIIL Ostomy. They held full accountability for the experience and offered to resolve the issues.

MOST IMPORTANTLY: The belts eventually arrived and while the colours aren’t what I originally wanted and ordered, the product itself seems very very good in quality and accurate to what the website describes.

I hope they are able to fix some website issues and communication voids so that more people will find these products.

ORIGINAL REVIEW:

I wish I could tell you about the product I ordered but not possible. I ordered and paid 10€ fee for a quick handling to get a couple of the belts for my father.

A day or two later there was a message saying my choices of product weren’t available and I would have to either choose again or wait. Since for the other one there wasn’t even a back in stock date I chose to change the colours to get the belts as quickly as possible.

After that, nothing. To my emails I get AI replies saying they’ll get back to me and 24-48hrs but nothing happens. No communication, the order hasn’t left them… Not sure how to approach this next, super disappointed because by this time I could have found something else for my dad but if communication is this bad while the order is still valid I don’t trust my odds of getting refunds for this either.

So the product itself might be ok I don’t know but ther ordering experience is absolutely terrible especially considering the specifity of these products, when people need them, they really do need them.

My husband underwent major surgery and now has an ostomy bag.
To give him some confidence I ordered a ostomy cover belt from this company in Large, it was too big so we sent back for an exchange to a Medium.
Well after many many many emails chasing them only to get messages from Ana who is clearly a bot/AI it said it was onto this. After a very long time I said if we can’t have it can I have a refund and with no communication after all the chasing we just got a refund with no explanation. You could order a medium on the website so why they could not help with an exchange I do not know. To save you a lot of hassle and upset I would go to Etsy a company called Reece UK we bought exact same belt for half the price.

Do not use this company! Says US, but I am pretty sure they are based in Spain but ship their products from china. My dad has undergone major surgery and reading the website, which states they care about people and take extra care, this could not be anything further from the truth. Ordered a size L, which was too big and asked for an exchange to a M. We then received no further contact to emails, messages, no management, nothing - we just received an auto refund. This meant we went without the product, even though you could order the smaller size on the website, so the exchange should have been smooth. Avoid at all costs, all AI

Para quienes somos portadores de una ostomia sabemos que cuesta un montón encontrar cosas para ello así que cuando encontré esta página de bañadores me salvaron mi verano.

La tabla de tallas no es nada acertada.
Pedi una bikini que según mi talla era L y me quedo muy grande. Hice la gestión para cambio de talle y hace dias que llego mi devolución y ninguna noticia. Pedí el reembolso y sigo sin noticias. Ya ni correos me responde. Me quede sin bikini y sin 60€. Estafa

My phone accidentally auto filled an old address while I ordered and I didn't realise until too late so delivery address was wrong
I contacted them and they immediately tried to change the address for me but it had already shipped
They offered to send me a new one for free if the original one didn't arrive which was great as it was my fault

Compré una faja y me quedaba un poco ancha . Cuando quise cambiar de talla no tenía ni la S, ni la L, ni la M. Realice la devolución del artículo, lo recibieron y me informaron que me avisarían ..tras varias semanas sigo sin respuesta, solamente envían email de cortesía diciendo que llamarán y son poder hablar con nadie..me he quedado sin producto y sin 50 euros

tengo ileostomía desde hace 4 años y nunca me había atrevido a probar este tipo de cinturones, sim embargo me lo recomendó mi enfermera estomaterapeuta y me parece increible, es super cómodo, me sujeta la bolsa perfectamente, he ido a correr con el cinturón puesto y ha sido una maravilla, el tejido es super suave y transpirable. Me encanta, ojalá lo hubiera descubierto antes, gracias!

I am a 30 years old woman with a temporary ileostomy (so I am pretty new to this), and I ordered an ostomy belt, the MIA ostomy wrap and a stoma protector. My package arrived in about 15 days in Athens, Greece and even though the team was very slow in answering my emails, everything came in perfect conditions and exactly as I ordered! I am so glad I tried this brand because their materials are of high quality and the products are super comfortable and discreet! Everything I ordered made a huge difference on my everyday life, and I exercise regularly as well as I am generally outgoing. The belt not only gave me the sense of stability I needed but it also reduced my leakages. The wrap, in turn, saved my intimate life while the protector allowed me to wear all kinds of pants without experiencing the discomfort of sth pressing against my stoma. I haven't tried any other brand, but as someone who had to navigate this alone with no sources of information, I totally recommend this brand! I am very satisfied and I think they are doing a great job offering high quality products in friendly prices!

I bought this to Amazon for the purpose of putting it on the front of my bag to protect my intestine from pushing in while I do exercises it laying on my stomach. I guess I didn't read with a fine tube comb because it only comes with 10 sets. Basically one end of the velcro was automatically forever attached to the ostomy protector. The other two for the top and the bottom you pull off a plastic sheet is four on per sheet so two uses. Since I work out three to four times a week trying to get back into exercising. I use six to eight of them. I'll be done with the 10 in 2 weeks approximately. And if you want more of course you approximately $16 in change to buy more. So literally $30 to $40 a month on top of the $30 that you pay for the protector. Remember the velcro is only good until you throw out the bag. Then one side of the velcro goes in the garbage with your bag. The front of my bags are not see-through so they're not plastic. It's a material. Anyway, it's good. It does exactly what I wanted to do, but be prepared if you're reading this and you're getting these for exactly what I'm getting them for or why I got them. You don't have to spend another $30 $40 per month. Unless you go out and buy your own velcro you only need one side of the velcro cuz like I said the other sides forever attached to the protector who cares what it looks like since you're going to throw them out anyway.

The first belt I bought off them via Amazon and they charged me for quick postage and then did not deliver it on time but much later than I paid for and it took me months and many contacts with them directly to get my postage refunded. They argued and argued!
The belt I bought then stopped working correctly in that the important adhesive sections of it would not hold together and so now it does not work correctly.
Once again I find myself having to message them continuously to get any form of reaction or help. This part of my saga is still ongoing! In short - don’t buy off this Company. They are a nightmare to deal with.

All is well until you dont request for change of size or refund for a return which the team agreed to refund but not actually issuing a refund.

I am making a claim against the credit company to fore them to refund as I have emails and tracking code for the return which was accepted by the team.
