Customer service is second to none.
I love the fact that this natural water is from the rainforest in Malaysia & helps remove aluminium from your body.

I have ordered Acilis water before. A very long while ago. I decided to renew my subscription because my hair is turning grey! 😂
I knocked off one star because the planned delivery happened a day AFTERWARDS! Not cool.
But I cannot fault the product. In fact I am grateful to be able to have (access to) it. Many thanks! 🙏🏽🌹

The customer service that they offer is exemplary. They are passionate about their products and give regular informative educational emails. The ordering process is straightforward. The delivery very swift- often within 48 hours and we live north of the river Tay in Scotland. Any difficulties are swiftly dealt with in a satisfactory way and they are adaptable to customer requests. They obviously value their customers and do.their level best to provide a bespoke service.

I have just started using Silica waters and it’s a little early to say what I’m noticing except that my skin is looking great. The water is lovely tasting and I seem to drink more than I would normally, so drinking the recommended amount.
