DO NOT BUY FROM AMYSILK!

I bought 3 sweaters, and they were nothing like the picture, nor did they send the correct size.

DID NOT REFUND MONEY and WANTED ME TO SEND BACK TO CHINA.

FRAUD, RIP OFF and VERY UNREPUTABLE.

I ordered two dresses, and after waiting four weeks for them to arrive, they look NOTHING like the picture and like a third grader would’ve made it! This is definitely fraud!! Every time I email them to try to send it back, I get the same email response and if mailed, it would cost me $110 for the cheapest shipping back to China. Here is the repeated email:

WARNING WARNING! Do Not buy from SilkSilk…
Almost 2 months since purchased. Extremely poor qualify. Paid £65 to return the package back to Germany as they don’t pay for return. Still waiting for for my £635

I ordered lavender jade drop earrings and yellow jade
drop earrings. --- I received white earrings in both cases and find it too expensive to return.
I will not be ordering from amysilk again in the future!!

I ordered few clothes and the quality is not too bad. But some wasn't good so I want to return. The website didn't work correctly and I had a problem. So I contacted Customer service once, second time.. They didn't resolve the problem. I didn't send the items. I am very disappointed with this website. They should help and I should have right to return.

Easy to navigate through the website, purchased a beautifully 2 piece night dress and gown. The products are gorgeous,beautiful and true to size. For me personally I think the packaging could be better, it lacks finesse, if the packaging had the same exquisiteness as the night dress and gown it would be spectacular.

I have been an ongoing customer with Siksilk for the past 10 years my wardrobe is 3/4 of the way full :-) lol. Any problems that I have had they have been sorted immediately. The website and app is easy to look at and order especially now they have Apple Pay. Thank you for the help after my last order :-)

I received my £110 Tartan tracksuit from Silk Silk and on reading the label I was shocked to read the label "Made in China"
Washing instructions "Clod wash by hand", "Do not tumble dry", Cold iron reverse side", Not fireproof".
In addition to this, the Logo on the jacket was off centre which is really annoying. There are clear issues with any clothing made in China and quality control is non-existent. In my opinion, the garment is not worth the £110 I paid for it, it's probably more realistic to place it in the £25 zone. My advice is to stay well clear of this company.

The worst ever!!! After waiting a week for delivery, the jacket looked nothing like in picture. The worst quality, payed £88, even Primark has better quality , feeling ripped off !!

Great quality and new and fresh designs. Purchased quite a few tops the other day, a travel bag And some new trainers and have to say they are all worth the money with Prompt delivery. All clothes purchased feature on my snapchat and many others have loved your items Many thanks.

Buenas hice un pedido el día 21,he recibido el mismo día un email de confirmación del pago y me dicen q en cuanto salga el pedido recibo otro email,a día de hoy todavía no lo he recibido,entonces el plazo de entrega no es entre 5 y 7 días y es q no se cuando me va a llegar y era para un regalo q ya no llega en la fecha estimada
