Exceptionally great company

This company is brilliant at what they do. David in particular was exceptionally helpful in sorting out my travel itinerary. He ensured that my family and I got the best deal at the cheapest price, even in the middle of the hyper inflation caused by the crisis in Ukraine. I’ll highly recommend this company to anyone.

David Smith is a very good and brilliant agent, he’s very helpful, understanding and knows how to tackle and deal with situations he helped me throughout my journey and he gives you exactly what you asked for. I will recommend him if anyone is looking for a travel agent he is the man to talk to with a good personality and knows his work to details!

Very disappointed

Mr Jason have me advice on a flight and told me I can travel there i booked my ticket and went to the airport and was told sorry I cant travel due to corovirus and was sent back after traveling 5 hours to the airport the advice given was wrong and for that reason I lost alotnof money and time very disappointed and would not recommend booking from silk travel

This company is so considerate

This company is so considerate. On several occasions, my date of travelling has been adjusted without demanding any money.
I highly recommend them for any traveller. Special thanks goes to one cool headed and efficient staff, by name Mr. Lee Jason.

I am very happy with Chris Angel

I am very happy with Chris Angel, who was professional, respective and calm with me when I was getting a ticket for my husband to return to the UK during this pandemic.

I'm glad I used the company and will go back to them and also inform my friends and family to do and ask for Chris, he such a fantastic guy.

Excellent customer service and


Excellent customer service and attention to detail, Samuel ensured that I got the best price for the flight for my parents as well as taking the care to reserve wheelchair assistance at the airport for my elderly parents.

I will certainly will be booking more flights via Samuel once the pandemic is over. Thanks again Samuel for your expertise and professionalism.
