I have ordered four wigs previously from Silqmist (fifth today) and I'm always happy with the quality. My 180% density wigs definitely feel fuller compared to my 150% ones. When I've had customisations, the colouring is lovely. Over the Christmas period, there was a 1/2 month delay but understandably they were extremely busy. They kept me updated and the customer service is fantastic. When they had to cut the dead hair off the ends of my wig after bleaching, they refunded me the difference between the wig lengths. For human hair wigs, they're also affordable compared to the prices I've seen for others. I definitely recommend them and will continue to buy my wigs from Silqmist.

I bought loose wave bundles and a 13x6 frontal the hair barely sheds I’ve had in it in for just under a week so far and it’s really good quality.

I had an amazing experience with silqmist and the team. I purchased my wig and as a first time wig wearer they honestly were amazing.

The customer service, the wig and delivery was nothing short of amazing.

Do not buy from this company! I am a student and wasted £280 on a disgusting wig. It came in such an awful condition. It is poor quality hair that already looks matted and tangled and it hasn't even been a month. I believe this is not human hair- the quality is awful. It is most likely synthetic. Again i paid £280 for rubbish hair. They refused to give me back my money. It is nothing short of robbery! Do not buy from them. Also there is no way on earth this is 180% density. Not even close. The colouring is awful and looks to be bleeding.

I am so happy with my wig! The hair quality is amazing, the packaging and customer service is always good I will definitely recommend this brand.

I ordered the talia wig in 180% density. It was a complete waste of my money, the coloring was sooo bad, it had chunks of orange streaks and the hair was too thin for it to be a 180. The wig cap inside had a weird white stain, and didn’t look like the pictures they have on Instagram or on their site. I took this up with customer service and their advice for me was that I should put in more bundles If a want it “fuller” when it clearly says on their website that 180% is 2-3 bundles, my hair had 1/2 bundle in it. They did first not say anything about the coloring or the stain, then they asked me if I would send it back to them so they can re-color it and send it back to me. That would be another customs fee and shipping I would pay for and the wig itself is already expensive. After a few email exchanges, I pleaded with them, then they gave me about £30 of my money back when I paid the very high customs fee and about £385 for the wig. I’m very disappointed, I will never ever in my life order from them again.

Ordered your 613 hair; coloured it and was so happy with the result. The hair is thick and silky and well worth the money. Will definitely be ordering from this brand again and would 100% recommend them. Made my 20th amazeeeeeing

I bought hair from my girlfriend and she has been so impressed with the quality. I dealt with their customer service team and they were honestly amazing. I know nothing about hair and they were very patient with me. There live service, dm and email is all very quick responses too. My girlfriend stated this is her new go to. So glad to have found this for her.

Honestly such a great company, UK Based with great customer service and quality wigs. I usually go for hand made wigs which is usually bulky but I love they have both options and introduced me to premade wigs it is much flatter which aligns better with a natural finish. They’re website is also so creative you can pick what you want and how you want it which I have never seen before. Last but not least the quality is absolutely perfect and I am so thankful that I found this brand.

Disappointed as i was really excited to try this wig brand as it’s about quarter price cheaper than where I usually get my wigs from. The construction of the wig is just awful, there is the biggest blatant track across the top which is so blatant I can’t even cover it like it’s terrible. The hair isn’t the best quality either, was really dry when I took it out the bag it just looked like a £20 wig if I’m completely honest. I won’t be ordering from them again.

The hair is terrible quality, I am waiting for them to respond to me. They have not used human hair, it is synthetic hair. The shedding is ridiculous and the hair is constantly knotting. The person who installed my hair tried their best but commented on how bad the hair is. I have never had hair this bad quality! It is clear that they have used synthetic hair and only use the ‘good’ hair they do have for their Instagram pictures. It is a shame that during this difficult time they would scam people. Especially as I am a key worker and paid over £200 for this terrible wig.

Great quality hair, and lace too !! Melts amazingly. Great customer service, and use of live chat. Instant response and very helpful from their end. Would recommend, great quality hair and worth the price x

The hair is amazing and great quality. I was a bit scared in the beginning ordering a wig for more than £300+, but however whenever I had a question, I would send them a email or dm and they would reply within 3/4 hours. Which I think amazing for a company.

I order two wigs from this company for my 22nd birthday. When I order I made sure to get the non contact customisation with the wig which includes style, plucking and bleaching all to fit your style. When I say they don’t play when it come to their styling. The wig wasn’t over plucked and the bleaching was perfection.

I did notice that the coloured which I order shreds a little but nothing out of this word. I got three hair strands the most when I was brushing it. However I don’t think this is crazy or out of this world as I order hd lace with both wigs.

Lace on wig I notice it just blends so well with my skin tone. Lace just blended without me even trying. I didn’t have tint the lace or have to put make up to lace.

Customer service from Thai company is out of this word. They go out of they way making sure you happy. I would say to first time wigers this is the company for you. They will keep you informed throughout with shipping and tracking number. They will tell you if your wig still being processed ect. The customer service is what made the experience for me even better.

I order Taila wig and Jadya wig which are both amazing. The wigs are a bit pricey but go and treat yourself sis 🤍. You deserve it.

I really don’t know how they got all the good reviews but I guess they paid People for it or just wrote it by themselves anyways let me start with my honest review ... this gonna be long but you should read it before you guys think of buying their hair.
Now let me start
So I bought a wig on Black Friday which I received almost 1 month later which I totally understood because of the current situation well, when my wig arrived I was at first really happy until I washed it and comb it with a wide tooth comb... I experienced a lot of shedding every time I comb the wig. Further I noticed that the hair had 2 difference colours, the back of the wig had a brown colour and the front of the wig had a black colour which really gave me a synthetic hair vibe. At first I hadn’t a problem with the colour but after 3 weeks I noticed that the structure of the hair started to become different and also the hair wasn’t feeling soft like in the beginning.the wig really felt like a whole synthetic wig. So after I experienced the amount of shedding every time I comb the hair I contacted the customer service (which took days for them to answer) they first wanted to tell me that the shedding is normal due to the fact that the wig was machine made... well I’m not dumb so after a long discussion they accepted to give me a new wig. Nope the story doesn’t ends here ...
So after almost a month later I received the wig. Having a closer look on the wig I saw that I had a completely different wig. The frontal wasn’t the usual 13*6 frontal (it was like a closure wig with 1 inch lace on the sides) and also the frontal really felt rough and harsh and doesn’t seemed like a Swiss lace . So I contacted them again and told them about my problem and haven’t received a message for 2 days. I told them I want return the wig and have my money back.
Honestly the new wig which I received, really looked like they bought it from a cheap AliExpress vendor for 50£. For the amount of money I spend I expected to get the same wig just with a better quality.
Anyways girls pls save your money and do not buy from them. Trust me. If someone has further question or wanna see pictures of how their hair/wigs really looks like just text me on Instagram I will show you the truth (Lexi.bng)

This is my second time purchasing from Silqmist and when I tell you it’s worth it, it really is. The quality of their hair is amazing, there isn’t any funny smell, the hair doesn’t shed and it also handles heat well. The packaging and customer service is always great, they are quick to get back to you if you have any concerns. I would definitely recommend this brand.

I recently bought body wave bundles and a transparent frontal and I must say the hair was Immaculate when arrived. The hair has No smell, is true to length, the quality of the bundles and frontal especially is amazing. I was hesitant at first due to the bad reviews but I’ll definitely be a regular buying customer. The shipping didn’t take long at all and I was kept informed throughout which was nice. (I also called up a few times before I made a purchase to ask questions regarding wig sizes / just general questions about the hair and they always answered the phone and was happy to help, the girl on the phone was really polite)

The service was smooth. The prices are friendly. The customer service for me is the best thing about them. I currently own two or their units with a plan to order a third one. I trust them for all my hair needs. I cannot see myself going anywhere else again. The delivery also is so good. Esp with the shop app providing up to date tracking i cannot see a single fault in them.

Their customer service is 10/10 from start to finish. The team assisted me with every query I had and made sure to see it through with excellent service. I felt very accommodated to when asking my queries as well as a speedy refund on a missing item.
Though, I am sad that the product did not match this experience. I have had my wig for 2 months now and only wore it twice (washed once). The hair it’s self is soft it did not smell when it arrived and I was happy with this. But I can say that I have experienced shedding in my middle parting that I now have to have a side part going forward. I believe this may be down the the lace used for my wig. Hence the reason for 3 stars.
