What really sets them apart is that the service doesn’t stop once a placement is made. They offer genuine support afterwards too, with knowledge around contracts, market expectations and anything that comes up along the way.

The calibre of both the candidates and the service is consistently high. Silver & Bow are selective about who they represent, and it shows.

I have had a very positive experience with this agency and would highly recommend them. They have helped me find two wonderful clients, and I have now known and worked with them for around two years.

What I particularly appreciate is the excellent communication between the client, myself and the recruiter. They are always available, responsive and willing to help whenever needed, which makes the whole process feel very well organised and professional.

They also take the time to look carefully through your CV and experience and give helpful advice on what could be improved or added. I found this especially valuable when presenting my experience to potential employers.

Another thing I really like is the quality of the vacancies they offer. Their website has a great selection of high-end housekeeping positions with prestigious clients and excellent standards.

I’ve seen a few reviews mentioning not receiving a response, but it’s worth remembering that Silver & Bow is a very bespoke agency working with highly specific roles and requirements. Not every candidate will have the right experience for every position, particularly within the private household sector.

I'm registered with this agency for years , never got any job offer. Every time I applied you rarely get response , I've been waiting a week for a call back regarding a job position. Looking at these comments below I dont think some of these jobs even exist. To the agents, please find a job you are actually enjoy and have a ounce of passion in what you do . Have an empathy towards candidate and understand ,if someone is looking for a job shouldn't be ignored but supported

I saw a position posted on Estate Jobs that was exactly what I was looking for. I applied via Estate Jobs and also emailed Silver & Bow who had posted with my interest and CV. Emily Jane reached out soon after and I began the process.

Emily was very helpful throughout the entire hiring process, supportive with a very clear communication and instructions.

I’ve great experience with S&B, particularly with Emily Jane, she’s always supportive and following up about the role that I’m interested in until I’m in! I believe with job application, it has to go both ways, the candidate also needs to push and keep in contact with the agency. I’ve always got replied from Emily everytime I texted her, no issue. So, I strongly recommend this agency.

I have been applying for roles through Silver and Bow for several years with no response. My most recent experience has raised serious concerns.

After applying for a position and receiving no update for over a week, I decided to search for the role independently. I discovered that the job had actually been posted elsewhere by a house manager who had no affiliation with Silver and Bow. When I attempted to apply directly through the original source, I was informed that applications had already closed.

This experience was extremely disappointing, as it suggests that some roles may be advertised without a direct connection to the hiring party, potentially causing candidates to miss genuine opportunities. After years of applying without meaningful feedback, this situation has significantly impacted my trust in the platform.

This company is practically fraudulent. They are constantly posting fake job adverts, they will never reply or acknowledge candidates, and they have a terrible reputation in the recruitment world.

I have been working with this S&B for many years and they have consistently provided an excellent service. Secured some of the best roles during my career, always taking the time to understand my experience and what I am looking for.
I particularly appreciate their professionalism and their efforts to secure fair contracts that reflect my skills and experience. I would happily recommend them to anyone looking for reliable representation.
