I have been doing business with Simple Wholesaling for many years. They take so much pride in doing what they say they will do. As an investor doing a lot of transactions it’s nice to have a partner to buy from like Simple Wholesale. Brett and Brian are wonderful to work with and I am looking forward to doing many more transactions in 2019 and beyond. Keep up the great work guys!!

Simple Quarters is a great company. They were very professional and honest in what they could do to help me sell my house. I checked with two other companies but Simple Quarters was the best, hands down! I highly recommend Simple Quarters.

I Called Simple Quarters 1st, I had let’s just call him a Contractor turned squander in a house I acquired from my family. Really I was put in a position where I had to sell fast....I know I was giving a nice fair bid....But we get greedy so I decided to check here and there. Ronnie was willing to take the house rite then and close and I wouldn’t have the headache of evicting this guy!!!
But I received a higher bid....which ended up being a big wasit of time!!! After that I was informed if I evicted him..higher bid...so I did.
Just when I was about to close this deal again with Ronnie at Simple Quarters a supposedly trusted Friend wanted to buy it....So again I had to call Ronnie at Simple Quarters to cancel again....I KNOW he had to get tired of me!!!
ALL WAYS! Ronnie was nice and professional!
So to make a longer story short....That trusted friend was stealing my house! No joke!
But Ronnie was on it.....If it hadn’t been for Ronnie’s interactions....I would have nothing for this house I was selling! No Joke!
It’s Xmas time, I’m truly a single Mom to an eleven years old girl that is at an Honors Breakfast this morning....She deserves everything she wants for Xmas....This is my Testimony!!!! I have been so Thankful to GOD!
And Simple Quarters! I’m telling You don’t waste your time maybe end up with idk
