Honest and Ethical

Very bad experience with this company
Very bad experience with this company. This company backed out of a Signed Purchase Agreement. With no legit reason per several local realtors and legal advise experts. I will be proceeding through small claims or civil court this week. I don't recommend this company. Although, Ronnie was very nice and pleasant in person and over the phone!

We are Willing to go through with this Signed Signed contract to do the deal no Problem...
But we will not give you cash under the TABLE, it has to be on the ALTA Statement (closing docs). If you want to do it, GREAT, but from what we were told you would have to bring 7k to the closing in order to close. This is due to fines & back taxes. That's why the deal didn't go through, we didn't back out. We would like to do the deal at those terms signed.... That is all we can say, Thanks.
Honor and integrity is still alive.
A hand shake with this company is like a signed contract. A rare glimpse of the past of what it was like when integrity and honor was most important within a company.

We are wholesalers and the Simple Quarters team was very responsive and very easy to work with. They bought the property that we were wholesaling and the process was easy and closing happened with no problem. I would definitely work with them in the future!
