I was looking at the flight London Dubai around 2 weeks before the date. I was provided with the flight time of 645am instead of 6am requested by me. I did sign the contract but because my business meeting could not accommodate the late arrival, I had to cancel the flight the next day after booking. There was plenty of time for the agent to cancel the flight reservation, no money was paid. To my surprise, the company is trying to charge the full cancellation fee, based on the contract heavily biased towards the agent. If the company continues to stick to this unreasonable position, we will dispute the charges in courts. Please stay away from this agent.

I have been in contact with one of your employees Jamie Hill and he has been above and beyond helpful, he has helped me to achieve a same day flight and at a great price too. This is the sort of service which is expected from all companies is rarely found nowadays and honestly I was slightly surprised as I was enquiring for my dad, and as a child I was not expecting to be taken so seriously but I was and my father and myself were extremely appreciative of this. Thank you Jamie.
