Swift easy upgrade brought my old laptop back to life

Accommodated my request to get my wife’s iPhone battery replaced. I had returned because I had my battery replaced a couple of weeks before. Once again the work was completed timeously and in a professional manner. Totally satisfied and will use this shop in the future. Thank you.

A very prompt (same day) and cost effective local service to replace my phone's battery, which enabled me to continue using my favourite iPhone, designed 7 years ago, which still receives the latest iOS software updates! Thank you Apple and SimplyFixit! No need to recycle hardware yet!

Please be aware- Went in to get a battery replaced. Had a small crack in screen. Refused to change battery unless I also replaced screen (£190). Other repair shops will not do this.

I sent my iPad 9 which had a broken screen in for repair, I'm based in London and SimplyFixIt are based in Scotland. Within 2 weeks the iPad screen was repaired like new condition and was sent back to me in London. SimplyFixIt communicated to me on the repair progress through every step of the way. Excellent customer service and quality of repair, I'd recommend them to everyone. The prices are more reasonable than London too!

Sent my ipad in for a new screen as I managed to break it by accidentally dropping it. Was otherwise in NEW conditon so planned to gift it to my daughter for christmas this year instead of buying another one to upgrade hers as I rarely used it anyway.
The repair itself was a quick turn around. I had the ipad back within 4 days of posting it off woth a new screen.
HOWEVER, was upset to get it back covered in glue that i just cant remove. The screen is weak and has already cracked, despite it being in a large, foam case AND having 2 screen protectors on it.
I think its a cheap replacement so the quality isnt there.
Also a part of the screen is less sensitive to touch.

So had to buy a new ipad anyway, and the fairly new one SimplyFixIt 'repaired' is ruined.

The service in the shop is courteous and helpful. I can take my dog in. Fro time to time I drop in with a question which they respond to right away, no charge. The shop has long opening hours. Altogether very fine.

I took my laptop in as it kept freezing after 10 mins of starting up. I waited about a week or two for it to be fixed. However, I had no contact from the store. Eventually got told that it was ready. Upon collection it felt like nothing had been done to rectify the problem stated. When I asked at the shop what work had been carried out I was told; “I don’t know. The other guy carried out the work”. I paid about £100 and the laptop is in exactly the same condition. It’s a total rip off. Don’t ever use these shops.

Friendly service and excellent advice which wasn't strewn with jargon. Repair carried out quickly and efficiently. Laptop now running perfectly once more. Cost fully explained and extremely competitive 😒

Sent in my daughters iMac 21.5" Retina display as it was terribly slow. Upgraded to SSD on the recommendation of SimplyFixIt. Got it back yesterday, both drives (Bootcamp included) work perfectly, super-fast start up and load times of games/apps. 100% glad to have chose them. Excellent service! SimplyFixIt repaired my laptop within two days. The staff were very helpful and knowledgeable. The price was competitive.

It was an excellent experience. Professional in every way. My iMac was repaired over the weekend and delivered on Tuesday. They delivered my computer using DPD and installed a 2TB SSD. Now it's fast enough for two years.

Problem diagnosed and advised very quickly, new drive fitted and computer returned in a few days. Efficient and professional at every stage. Would certainly recommend.

Professional but friendly, very helpful to a elderly person who is not very computer literate. Clearly informed about cost and I was kept in touch
