Pre ordered bluey, the game was released in the 17th I recieved it on the 16th, nicely packaged

Never an issue. Use time and time again

Last time ordered a game was back in 2015 & had great service then & it still delivers great service now in 2023. I was not surprised to get PS5 Call of Duty Modern warfare 3 pre order drop through the door on the day of its release. I cannot fault their customer service. Also it was around £10 cheaper than most other retailers. Thank you Simply Games.

DLC code was transmitted on Thursday, ahead of the release date and the game arrived promptly on release date. Can't ask for any better.

Awful, ordered 2 games, only one turned up no notification from company of reason that second game didn't arrive, had to chase them with there response after a couple of days stating sorry was missed oh and now we have stock issues so can't fulfil your order will not use again
