This site sucks!

I have been totally scammed by this company. They gave me a job for 300.00 and instead of payment on completion I was asked to open an accoun at credixalliance. Then I was asked to to pay over USD600 and a further 200 (refundable)to credixalliance bank. I was even asked for further payments but I refused. Henceforth they disappeared

Logged out of my account so I could try to log into my father's account. But it won't let me, just keeps logging me back into my account

Protocall is a remote crisis line that has over 600 accounts they take incoming rollover/after hour
calls for , including statewide local lines that can be reached by dialing 988. My name is Valeria
Gault , and I just started employment August 18, 2025 as a remote crisis counselor. Paragraphs
below details the inhumane and racially targeted exchanges provided by training staff and
leadership.

On August 22, 2025, while on zoom training with Protocall Services . Trainer Jessica Dekker,
(LPC)was explaining the expected calls that would exhibit hate speech/racial slurs. She then
says " you will hear the n-word, and I mean with a hard er".. She then says "thats different then
the n-word that ends in a" . I expressed how unprofessional , culturally insensitive, inappropriate
and a borderline racial statement. She then provided she got the advice from leadership to say
this in training and that, she has been getting the feedback I provided for years. She stated all
they can do is keep taking feedback. I explained saying "racial slurs/hate speech" encompasses
it all and that the training needs to be revamped. She stated the n-word with an "a" is a cultural
term of endearment. I provided either form of the slur is not acceptable at the workplace or from
callers.
She nearly spelt the word out and tried to differentiate the slurs and saying one was acceptable.

On 9/1/2025 on Zoom at approximately 2:30pm, CEO of Protocol Services Phil Evans (out of
Oregon, where the company is based) and Chief Clinical Officer Brad Pendergraft
I was left feeling violated, racially targeted, and treated unjustly. I have since then dealing with
daily stress, depression, anxiety and feelings of unworthiness. I have had nervousness, heart

palpitations. My concern is leadership admitting and allowing verbiage. The company stands on
mental health service to all communities/populations, yet does not display this
It has made me question wage inequality, promotion barriers, lower morale and an overall
healthy work environment.
The company lacks diversity, there are over 20 leadership and management positions, that
include only one person that is not caucasian. cultural competence, respect and integrity as it
pertains to employ

WORST app for sponsorship visa, say they have jobs that offer visa sponsorships yet when you look at every job they do not offer it. Do not waste your time if you are looking for a sponsorship visa.

I put in the search engine the word "MUTE" as in unable to speak. The results came up with FRONT LINE FACING CUSTOMER SERVICE ROLES???? Just beyond flabbergasted.

I have, on at least two occasions informed them that their system is returning false positives.

I’ve never signed up with SimplyHired, yet I received a random SMS from one of their recruiters on a weekend. To make it worse, it was a group message with other people’s numbers visible. No idea how they got my number, and I certainly didn’t give permission to be contacted. Completely unprofessional and a privacy concern.

This is a scam company that contacts individuals on their private devices advertising jobs that do not exist and were not asked for. The trick is to get you to download an app where you do 'tasks' for pay, convince you to pay for the premium version of the app to unlock the ability to do more tasks for longer for more pay, but then never allow you to remove your 'earnings' from the app because they DO NOT EXIST.
