Simplyloft レビュー

Great experience with Simply - very professional. The builder that was assigned to us was Loren and his team, which we thought were very good. It took them 5 months over winter to complete a standard loft conversion + install a terrace at our flat in Highbury. They were pretty much on time and on budget!

Albano and his team were great , took great pride in their work, thank you

We decided to do our loft conversion with Simply as our neighbour had a similar conversion one year ago. Very successfully. We also decided to go with the same Simply approved building team of Oli Beoldi Manelli. We lived in the house throughout the works and found his team very considerate and tidy workers. We are absolutely thrilled with the loft conversion and en-suite. We found their workmanship to be excellent and we particularly appreciated Oli’s practical and imaginative approach when confronted with the inevitable problems of such a project.
We can definitely recommend Simply with their pre work and ongoing support, dashboard and the architectural planners which absolutely optimised the use of our available space.
The end result is a light and spacious bedroom and en-suite, and stairs that look like they have always been there.

We did lots of research before embarking on our project and decided to use Simply based on reviews and competitive pricing. Eddie and his team did a wonderful job of our loft conversion with dormer. We had to live in the property whilst the work took place, and they were respectful and thoughtful about carrying out the work so as to work around our needs. They were responsive and engaged with us at all stages of the project and helped us put our ideas into workable plans. Overall, we are delighted with the end result.

Great experience with Simply—from quoting on our loft extension to the final finish, we couldn’t be happier. Simply also followed up regularly to ensure everything was on track—not just that the construction was snag-free, but also that any questions or concerns we had were addressed. Lastly, the guarantee provides for peace of mind after the build is finished. Next step: 12-month check-in, to ensure all has settled well and address any issues.

The process was clear, timely and the app helped keep the loft conversion on track with clear communication and an accurate forward looking payment plan. Dan and the team were amazing meeting our needs and prioritised us given our baby’s due date was originally in the early stages of the project.

A stress free experience from start to end. Aurel and his team did a fantastic job. Aurel provided regular
updates and his team were open and transparent throughout the entire process, providing sound advice and guidance. A happy household, with a perfect loft conversion. I would strongly recommend Simply.

The Simply team did a great job from start to finish. Mond and the team did a fantastic job on the build which went very smoothly. Great work all round and would fully recommend.

Another great review for Simply Lofts. We did a lot of research and came to a landing on Simply Lofts for our new room and roof terrace, due to the great reviews, so wanted to pay that back as best we could on here!

They provided us with an excellent contractor – WRN Construction – so their sub-contracting vetting process clearly works. All WRN’s workmen were extremely professional, kind, accommodating and they knew what they were doing. You can tell they really care about the job and want it to be perfect for their clients. Communication was excellent and where we wanted more information or to discuss something particular about the build, they (Ben and Ben) were open to conversations and helped us achieve exactly what we wanted – they went above and beyond really. We had multiple issues with a particular neighbour which was tiresome and dull - nothing to do with Simply / WRN - but Simply / WRN were so helpful and accommodating – even speaking to the neighbour with us on multiple occasions to try and resolve the issues, which we did.

Simply Lofts themselves were also quick to respond to us where we had any questions throughout the whole process. This was our first time doing any construction / renovation so the whole process was new but we were guided very well through the planning, drawings, architect meetings, asbestos surveys, party wall agreement etc.

Final thoughts – room and terrace look amazing and we are very happy with the result! Thank you so much to Simply Lofts and Ben – excellent job and you clearly work well together too.

We had a great experience with Simply Lofts and Ben from WRN with our loft extension and roof terrace.
As always with construction there will be issues which present themselves, but Simply and WRN dealt with them swiftly and to a high standard. Simply were both quick to respond and communicative. Supported with planning, drawings, party wall and the rest… all went through smoothly. Helped us deal with a very very tricky neighbour who consistently made life difficult for all involved. Almost blocked us from even doing the work…!
This was our first renovation project and we've been super fortunate to have such great contractors working with us who were able to spot any potential issues and resolve them before they became a big deal as well as give us lots of guidance throughout.
Highly recommend. Top quality outfit.

After speaking with about five different companies, we decided to go with Simply Loft after a recommendation from a neighbor who had used them. We were amazed by how complimentary our neighbors were, especially considering that most people we had spoken to only had horror stories about their building works.

Without a doubt, choosing Simply Loft for our loft conversion was the right decision. The entire process was seamless from start to finish, with open communication ensuring that any concerns or questions were addressed immediately. The building team was professional, respectful of our space and family life, and made sure to leave the house in good condition at the end of each day.

Our project manager, Loren, was exceptional—highly communicative and attentive throughout the process. We couldn't be happier with the work from the construction team. The additional space has completely transformed our home, and we are incredibly grateful to Simply Loft for making it possible

My project comprised a loft conversion over the full footprint of the house, and a ground floor rear and side return extension.
Simply oversaw the project from beginning to end, and the appointed builders were Made by Metos. Igli, Selo and their team worked to an excellent standard, communication was great, and they finished a couple of weeks early against the original programme.
The snags at the end were minimal and a 10 year warranty was provided so generally really happy with the way the project turned out.

Just finished our loft conversion and Aurel and his team were excellent. I would highly recommend them. Very easy to communicate with, and he genuinely cares about completing the job to a very high standard and to deliver exactly what you want. After a tricky start with this project at the planning stages, it was such a relief that the build all went smoothly, and the team were so conscientious. Thank you!

I recently used Simply for the construction of a roof terrace and internal remodel. I have worked with several construction companies on previous projects and must say the builders I worked with on this project (Aldo and Mario) were exceptional. They couldn't have been nicer people. They treated my home with the respect and the same attention to detail they would if they were working on their own property. I lived on site during the works and Aldo and Mario went out of their way to ensure the living space was left clean at the end of each working day. We encountered issues along the way with the project and Aldo was great at problem solving. Nothing was too much trouble for them. They were also very considerate towards my neighbors and went out of their way to keep my neighbors happy throughout the project which made my life so much easier. Aldo was great at communication, super quick responses with detailed updates.

Before the works start Simplyloft provide you with a dashboard which the builder fills in with the break down for every step of the works and its costs, what has been paid or need to and any variation costs added (there will be some! but Florjan talks to you about it beforehand and does not commit until you agree on the dashboard). So no confusion. Florjan and Freddie (the builders) said the project would last 3 months and it did. (When Florjan says the bathroom will be tiled on such a date it will, so chose your tiles/floor boards or accessories well in advance). They turned up when they said they would and beyond, took the time to talk you through if something was not clear. The scaffolding was netted. Building control came all along the project when something needed to be approved so no surprise at the end. I wish Florjan and his team all the best and thank you.

We gathered few quotes from few companies for our loft conversion and didn’t know which one to pick. One of Simply Loft representatives, Igli, came to our house for free consultation and explained the process step by step. We made our decision based on excellent reviews, price and how professional everyone was. Simply Loft scheduled the start day very quickly and within few months it was all done! Artur and his team worked very hard to complete the project taking to consideration last minute changes, but also keeping all within the budget. Simply Loft provided online portal for payments which helped us track stages of the build itself as well as finance. They were easy to talk to, they even helped us out with partial wall agreement. The project was completed on time to high standards and we are thrilled with the final outcome. We would have no hesitation recommending Simply Loft and we would definitely use them again in future!

we used simply loft to compete our loft conversion late last year after being recommended by a friend and can honestly say we have not been disappointed. From start to finish we were kept up to date at each stage and felt supported throughout. Armando our project manager was fantastic as were his team. Simply supported us through the build and were there to answer any questions we had. We are already planning extension works with Simply. Would highly recommend.

The entire experience from start to finish was great. Ben, who led the building team, communicated well and the staff at Simply were always available for questions or direction. I also appreciated the bi-weekly check ins. Overall, an excellent service with a great final outcome that I would recommend to anyone

We went with Simply after much research and quotes for a wrap-around ground floor kitchen extension. Simply did a fantastic job pushing through all the early permission paperwork and getting the project moving.

The contractors supplied did an amazing job and really had an eye for detail. As with any large project, there were unexpected variances (such as requiring deeper foundations and slightly altered steel design), and Simply and the team were flexible and accommodating in working with us on addressing them.

The final fit looks fantastic, and we're very happy!

We used Simply for our loft extension and the builders appointed were Made by Metos. We are very happy with the result. Igli and the team worked really hard, to a high standard and proposed really ingenious solutions to any problems that came up ( we have an unusual house). They consulted with us at every step and were particularly sensitive to the fact we had a small child who didn’t like too much noise. We would definitely work with them again and would recommend them without hesitation
