I attended a tasting study in February '26. Scheduling process was simple (with several availability slots offered), as well as the attendance/participation process upon arrival to facility. I appreciated the facilator's explanation of the study, the amount of time given for documenting our responses, and being paid immediately after the tasting.

I had a great experience doing a taste test with SIS in NYC. The checkin process was quick, instructions were clear, and the team made the session feel comfortable and efficient. Professional staff and a well run study—I'd participate again.

I had a wonderful experience participating in the in-person study. The energy was positive and welcoming from the moment I arrived. The employees were amazing—professional, friendly, and very attentive throughout the entire process. Everything was well-organized, and I felt comfortable and valued as a participant. I would absolutely take part in another study with them again.

Great experience with this research group. Fun study and paid same day. Will definitely do more studies with them.

Locating the entrance to the building and finding the room for the study was a very straightforward process, and the operators overseeing the study were super professional and welcoming! The environment felt clean without being oppressive; if presented with the chance to participate in another study at this location, I would take it.

I’ve had such a great experience going to SIS research here in the NYC area. The staff there are very polite and welcoming. My experience there was very pleasant, they are very transparent in everything they do and the office is very nice to be in. Not to mention the chairs are very comfortable for studies, 5 stars all around.

I participated in a research study with SIS Research in and had a smooth experience. The session was professionally moderated and very well coordinated. Instructions were clear throughout.

Was quick easy the workers are very nice and make you feel comfortable

I worked at SIS International for over 2 years. SIS is a fast paced working environment where one can grow their market research skills with excellence. I got the chance to work for high level clients like Apple, Meta, BMW, Cherry, and others. During my time at SIS, I had the pleasure to manage two on the ground fieldwork project in Brazil. SIS has the capabilities to host online and on the ground fieldwork in the US and all around the world.

They didn't tell the complete truth. The actual project was a lot more work than advertised. Then when it was time to pay, nothing. I was ignored for weeks, and then when I finally got a hold of someone, they were rude and I never was. Just wanted to know when to expect the payment. I'd rather work with a company that can at least pretend to care.

I came here for a focus group in New York and everything was smooth and great. Smaller location but very clean and efficient

I really enjoyed my experience with SIS
International. It was very laid back and my time in the study went by quite quickly because the topic was so engaging. I was actually a bit disappointed when it ended.
Really really great experience and I was paid on the spot for my participation once it was over. Highly recommend and hope to be invited back for more thought provoking discussions.

I've done a few focus groups with SIS International over the past couple of years, and they're always so pro, organized, and nice. They give you water and snacks, and your payment's ready when you leave – no waiting around! It's super smooth. I look forward to participating in future studies with them.

I've always had a great experience with SIS. They are a very reliable company and the research they do is quite interesting. The staff is also professional and courteous and I have always been paid promptly for the focus groups I've done. I highly recommend them.

I was able to do my focus group comfortably with out any issues. I was able to contact someone if I needed them.
