Skelf Frames レビュー

I ordered a custom made picture frame for a Christmas present for my in-laws for a wedding picture they have.
When it arrived it was so well packaged and even the packaging said Quality!
Their website is brilliant and user friendly - love that you can select your own photo and as you add items it shows you what it will look like - best website I viewed for frames by a country mile!
I had rang the store first with a couple of queries regarding postage and the hooks and string and the lady I spoke to was so helpful and also said if I added in the notes when ordering that they would add the hooks and string for me 😊
The frame is beautiful and you can really see the difference compared to shop bought frames, my in-laws will be so happy with this frame and it will really showcase their photo. I will definitely always use this company for frames and would 100% recommend them.
Thank you very much 😊

Excellent company for bespoke frames with many options to choose from. Very fast delivery, based in Highlands and usually long delivery times. Good quality at a very competitive cost, other companies i tried were approx £20 more expensive

If you need a non standard 10.75 x 9 frame for Tempest graduation photos then look no further. Lovely selection at Skelf. We have bought the light oak, Matt black, bronze and champagne gold and were happy with the quality of all of them. Lovely friendly company who, when I called them, went the extra mile and tried to see if they could make the bronze frame stand up as well as hang. Definitely recommend

I ordered a panoramic brushed oak frame. I received a plastic Oak coloured frame. No mention anywhere of it not being Oak.

I was amazed how quickly my order came..most importantly the frame was wrapped up so well in bubble wrap. The quality was 100% nicely finished could not find a fault.
I ordered the frame for a picture of my recently passed mother. Picture and frame both compliment each other.
Thank you skelf for having the exact frame that I was looking for.

First class service and frames. Thoroughly recommend.

This is an incredible company. It isn't often one can find a company that supplies quality products at a very good price promptly and has an excellent customer service as backup. I have no hesitation in awarding them 5 stars. I received my made to measure frame securely and safely wrapped in layers of bubble wrap and everything was as I expected. Due to a mistake on my part by not reading the instructions properly I had to contact them by email and received a reply almost immediately. I then had to apologise for my error and they still answered me. I have since mounted my jigsaw and it fitted perfectly.

Excellent service. Called Thursday explained what I needed. Arrived Sat superbly packed at a good price. Definitely recommend .

Thrilled with the Made to measure Black frame, Excellent service fast production, and well-packed tracked delivery Not to mention the very competitive price. Thank you will definitely be a returning customer.

Was looking for a walnut frame for a large photo 10x12 for a presentation photo. Was struggling. Skelf promise a good price, good quality and fast delivery. Ordered late Wednesday, arrived early Friday, thank you, exceeded what I would expect. The quality of the frame is fabulous. The packaging was excellent so arrived in good shape.

If I need frames in future, you will be my "go to" supplier. Thank you again I am so happy with the product, price and service.

I have used Skelf Frames twice. They are excellent to deal with. The frames are well made and great value. The packaging is superb. The next day delivery is totally reliable. All round first class.

Ordered a few frames from skelf now. Always a great selection to choose from, fairly priced and very quick despatch/delivery. Impressively packaged too.

Very pleased with every aspect of the service and my made to measure frame - I found the ordering process easy, the price of the frame was very competitive, and it arrived quickly in perfect condition. Great craftmanship, every corner was perfect. Would definitely consider buying from them again.

I emailed Skelf Frames to see if they could help with providing me with a bespoke size for 3 mounts in yellow. Almost immediately Andrew responded back, able to help. Brilliant service provided, great price and exactly what I wanted was delivered. Absolutely delighted. Order ref: #7752

Bought a set of frames this week. Create service, was really simple to pick out the size I needed and then the style. Was delivered super quickly too. When they arrived the quality of the frame was what I expected, it felt solid compared to a lot of the cheap things you can get. Will absolutely be using them again.

I ordered a bespoke frame with mounts online at 9:15am, they dispatched 2 hours later with a next day delivery courier....They were very helpful with all my enquiries and also sent out samples to me at no cost....The best service I have had in a long while and I will certainly be using them in the future and recommending them for sure....All of this during lockdown too!! 10/10

I have only recently found this gem of a place! I am so happy with my purchases. Each item arrived the day after placing the orders which is just brilliant. A good choice of products, competitive prices and the website is just great with the option to upload your picture to help choose the best frame! I have to say that most of all is the exceptional customer service I received. Thank you so much Skelf Frames. I recommend this company all day long!
