Terrible experience ever.
I've been a customer of Skinnsi for a very long time.I have completed 7 session but I can't see much difference in hair growth and hair reduction.Technicians are not at all skilled and are shrude at another level.
Definately a no no!

"SCAM BUSINESS CONDUCTED..THEY LITERALLY BRAINWASH CUSTOMERS AND LOOT MONEY"

I've been a customer of Skinnsi for a very long time. Let me start with my story.
1. Started here- 10 January 2021.(where they tried to impress new customers for a free trial session)
2. Then they continuously call you and try to brainwash you by creating a lot of impressions on their service and then loot your hard earned money in the form of a SCAM service called "EMI" (Please don't fall into this trap)
3. They never tell you about the cancellation policy before you go do any subscription from them.
4. They literally annoy you until you subscribe to their So called services which are not economically friendly and also you will also not achieve any results after 6 laser sessions.
5. I was literally trapped that time and had to include their services forcibly without any help.
6. The therapist sessions - OH GOD - Most of them are never trained properly before providing services to their clients.
7. After all these - I was again trapped with great offers they provided on Maintenance sessions by including Additional services with a moderately lower price for their total service (another strategy they used in exploiting more money from me, and since- as I never got any results from those initial 6 sessions I had to again try taking up those maintenance sessions)
8. NOW- Since I'm TOTALLY FED UP with everything from SKINNSI and try asking for a REFUND for only the services I have not utilized- They again SCAM me now with the details of Cancellation policy not being entertained after all this and give me a gimmick of transferring my pending sessions to someone else??- WHY SHOULD I DO THIS TO SOMEONE TO GO THROUGH ALL THE MESS I EXPERIENCED???
9. @all PLEASE -MARK MY WORDS OUT OF MY TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE -
"NEVER TRUST THESE PEOPLE, AS THEY TOTALLY BRAINWASH YOU UNTILL THEY LOOT THE MONEY FROM YOU AND NEVER GIVE YOU BACK YOUR MONEY"

Skinnsi team just care about increasing their revenue, where customer are treated nicely till they have recieved money. After that no kne listen to the complaint or issue. All they will say as it’s not in their control

After 5 sessions, there is only 30 percent reduction in growth and they have claimed 90% reduction.

The mentioned to give proper customer support, but the team don’t know how to handle any concerns.

The doctors available dosnt even listen to acne issue that occur due to laser treatment.

The team changes your therapist without any prior notice and also tell you that you have booked wrong therapist.

And because of this issue, I have to cancer my appointment twice.

In addition to this, they are not ready to compensate and just mention their fav dialogue "sorry for inconvenience "

Don’t go for skinnsi and waste money.

Skinnsi is a scam, after taking payment they are cancelling my appointment every time, I need my full refund frauds.

They are frauds, not getting support

I have completed 6 session but I can't see much difference in hair growth and hair reduction. Every time CC promise but nothing changes during session. It's not worth to pay this much of money. It's just around 20-22 that i have completed my 6th session but seriously as per 6th session I can't see slow growth can't see much difference in hair reduction, my hair has been grown with in 15 days only and no hair fall yet.

She did very good laser hair removal it was nice experience and special she Target my hair and i felt very comfortable with her

i had booked a package of LHR which was not done due to some technical reasons as i have not been told that AC is required at home. i asked for refund then. they people told me that they have recording of being told all the thing. when i asked about the same. they stated that they are ready to refund . however its been more than 3 months i have received any refund in my account. they are just looting people. now i will take legal action against them.

Thank you Brindha.. This is my 6th session and this session gives more confidence about my hair laser , its painless ,thank you for doing this.

The Therapist name PRAVALIKA has given me good service with hygiene and lot of patience. This session (3rd) session) gave me more confident about my hair laser, It's painless thanq PRAVALIKA for u r good service. I am full satisfied with u r service.

I am grateful for the decision I made for laser hair removal treatment from skinsi. The therapist Pragathi Tember was disciplined into her work. She maintained hygiene and gave me complete comfort throughout the session. She was on time, work done by time and efficiently..

Pathetic service by them, it's the worst company ever. Don't get fooled by their customer service representatives promises, they will ghost you like anything after you make the payment. They are running a sham fraud company. PATHETIC is an understatement.

There is no proper Facility in Skinsi clinic for clients, till they get payment they will b very professional post that no one care about customer, no followups will hapen to take session, i was expecting atlest 30 to 40 % result after 3 session, but i did not get even 2 % of result, they promissed 90% of result after 6 session, please dont belive its all fake promise to make money, dont get fooled, no worth for money in place of spending 50k with no result we can use monthly waxing which is far far better.

I am actually very frustrated with the services provided by Skinnsi. I took half body package back in Dec. I paid my first installment and I was assigned a therapist. When he came for the services, he said that I cannot get laser done since my hands are tattooed. He wasted two hours back and forth with the counsellor (Swapneel) and the doctor. I told him that time that I am ok with not getting any services and you can refund my money. They refused and still did my first session somehow. Then I tried to book my second appointment and did not get any response from the counsellor for two months. I finally emailed customer service and they have also been going back and forth since March 2nd. They have called me five times since then and I have emailed them back twice. Yet nothing has been done for my refund. This is absolute terrible customer service and I will never recommend Skinnsi to anyone. I would like people to read this review and be careful before getting any services done from Skinnsi. Think twice before you pay any money. I am still waiting for my refund.

Extremely unprofessional, unorganized and awful with their follow ups. I have never experienced such low down service in my life. These guys really need to buck up. I have opted for 2 service packages with them and they cant even get my 3rd appointment booked for one of the services, I am so disappointed. They keep having different people call up (asking for details from scratch right from your address to how many sessions do you have left) and schedule appointments where no one turns up (super frustrating) and end up blaming different teams within the organization, then after several calls they apologize and never return promised call backs. Its back to square one when someone calls back after several weeks. Skinnsi really need to have things better organized. Sick way to do business.
