Quick and easy. Reasonably priced skip hire.
Couldn't fault the service given.

Good value for money.most places you pay the price just for one day.this one gives you two weeks.it makes it much easier and your not rushing.also it's good it doesn't go to landfill cos they try to recycle as much of your rubbish as possible.so that's good for the environment.skip network are easy to use.they answer any questions and I can't fault them.i would definitely recommend them.thank you skip network

Friendly and helpful. Gave me same day service. Operative couldn't have been more helpful as he helped to load the waste onto his truck, even suggested that we check carefully for anything else he could take away for us. Excellent service. Thank you.

Got the right size skip I needed within a few days of my enquiry (considering the current climate, this was very impressive) Competitively priced and just a quick phone call to arrange its collection. Would recommend and use again

Would take away the one star if I could do. Tried to order a 4 yard skip. They didn’t deliver, instead came a man and van. Tried AGAIN for a skip, charged me AGAIN and here I am, 3 weeks later, no skip, no refunds, no phone calls back, no emails, nothing. What a waste of space of company. I also work for vehicle hire and communication is KEY for a happy customer. What I have received is BS. Out of pocket £300 and have now been fined by the council. Nice one lads.

Website I thought was easy to use. I carefully placed the order for a very costly expense for us. It allowed me to select 3 weeks after delivery date as a collection. Be warned no where except in the t&c does it tell you 2 weeks maximum in busy periods. Clearly their software decided 2 weeks as standard which falls on easter bank holiday so they collected the previous Thursday. That's a week and a half not three weeks. Their confirmation email doesnt contain any info re the dates selected so I have no comeback. They have no complaints department either.
Instead of using them just call your local skip company. So I have now paid over £230 for a half full skip collected 11 days earlier than the dates I selected and have no method of complaining about it. Lady on the phone was rude would try and talk over me and continue to talk regardless of if I had finished my sentence. Local company they use were nice polite and apologetic. Really wish I had just called them direct. My advice for using click a skip would simply be to AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!

Useless. Didnt tell me it was cancelled and had all my rubbish outside ready.

Skip was easy to hire, person on the other end of the phone was amazing, skip was delivered on time exactly, it was a good quality skip exactly as described, I filled it in an hour or so (it was a small skip, and the stuff to go in it was all in one place). Called them when it was full, they collected it later the same day!

I didn't really expect to be able to hire a skip in the middle of the Covid-19 restrictions but it arrived within a few days of my online enquiry after a nice phone call from Danielle. The driver was excellent and held the skip above ground for me so I could protect my tarmac drive with plywood sheet and timber spars. My wife and I had it filled (8 yarder) in 3 days and I rang to have it collected. With the virus situation worsening I fully expected to have it on the drive for months, but four days later it vanished before we'd got out of bed one morning! Great service, if perhaps a little slow reacting (but they may be stowed off with work just now). Downside, if any, a little expensive but I went for a bigger outfit for peace of mind.

Ordered Wednesday. Arrived Friday. Picked up Wednesday. Two emails and two phone calls.

The only hard work was filling it.

Customer service was excellent and "Skip Hire" was explained fully. Skip was booked for the following day, driver called to say he was on his way and the skip was delivered to my chosen location.

Lovely staff to speak to on the phone when booking. Prices are great! The guy who came to deliver our skip was so nice, both professional and friendly!! Highly recommend this company to use if you’re looking to hire a skip.

Did not deliver skip when agreed. Sent a large lorry with three skips to deliver one to my driveway Six hours late. When they couldn’t off load wanted me to pay £80 for their wasted journey. I refused to pay this extra fee so they delivered a smaller skip than I paid for. This company had been delivering skips to the building site across the road from me so knew the area. Awful service

Easy to book, and arrange collection. Person I spoke to on the phone was very helpful.

When requested to pick up they were straight out to pick up.

Delivered promptly, placed exactly where I asked for it to go and secured a good price. What more could you want x

Not reliable in my case. I've asked for 4yard skip with hatch so they took the payment of £287 I've booked a week in advance, I then received an invoice from another company about the skip and to be delivered on x day (Saturday) great, But then Friday almost 17:00 o'clock they called me to say they didn't have the skip I asked for!

Not ideal to let customer know at last minute I didn't even had a chance to get from other source.

Well don't provide service that you can't fulfil.

I would defnitley not use this company.
they say they price match so I asked them what price could they do and they told me a figure and I said no I could get it cheaper locally.
So she sais she would speak to her manager so agrred the price.

A day before ut was due the company rang me and bearing in mind they had taken my payment they then inform me that the woman had made a mistake and now I had to pay an extra 35.00 so I told then not to bother and wanted a refund.
