SCAM - Ecommerce - Doesnt ship products after payment
I am writing to share my experience with Skiynse Dermatologique, which has been quite disappointing due to their failure to deliver the correct products I ordered and their lack of response in resolving the issue.
Order Details:
- Amount Paid: $85.80 (equivalent to INR 8,151)
- Delivery Location: Dubai, UAE
- Order No.: #SD26271095
Undelivered / Outstanding Items:
1. CeraVe Hydrating Cleanser (473 ml) × 2 qty
2. Bioderma Photoderm Aquafluide Claire SPF 50+ Tinted Sunscreen × 3 qty
Issues Faced:
1. I received incorrect products that were not part of my original order.
2. I promptly returned the incorrect items to their office in Surat, Gujarat, and they confirmed receipt of these products.
3. Despite this confirmation, Skiynse Dermatologique has not reshipped the correct items or provided a refund.
I have made numerous attempts to contact the company via WhatsApp, email, and phone calls, but they have completely ignored my communications. Their lack of response is concerning, especially given the warnings I provided about escalating the matter for further action.
I urge others to be cautious when dealing with Skiynse Dermatologique due to their unprofessional conduct and disregard for consumer rights. Their behavior raises serious concerns regarding customer service and trust.
Thank you for considering my review.
