This website is a scam. The photos show a high-quality product, but you receive a cheap plastic one. I have complained to the company several times, and each time they reply that they are looking into the matter. I have now given up and will therefore contact my bank to get a refund for my purchase.

This is absolute SCAM. Their intent is to send a different item of less/little value with a verified delivery receipt so they can justify not refunding money. Their emails are just copied and pasted till you just give up.

$30-$40 item from thousands of orders is a pretty good racket which you cannot do anything from overseas. Facebook/Intagram keep allowing them to advertise.

Ordered an item, received a completely different item. Customer service via a Hotmail address said they would deal with it, not heard anything, not received my item or a refund. Scam company. Avoid

Item ordered then they took the money out twice within 48 hrs
Goods that arrived were poor quality and not even what I ordered.
Now won't reply to emails
Looks like I'll have to take a loss on this.

Didn't get my order. After a few months of several mails and promises of there side it will be resoulved still no order delivery or money back. They stated at first the order was delivered but of cource i never got anything.
orderd on the 19th of April and today on the 11th of August still no solution. DONT ORDER HERE!!!

voglio condividere la mia esperienza allucinante con il sito skiyrich.com per evitare che altri clienti cadano nella stessa trappola.

Ad aprile ho effettuato un ordine per un totale di circa 70€. Alla consegna del pacco, mi sono accorto/a che mancava un accessorio fondamentale per poter utilizzare ciò che avevo acquistato.

Ho aperto immediatamente un reclamo. Il loro servizio clienti mi ha chiesto foto e prove dell'accaduto, che ho prontamente inviato. Da quel momento è iniziato un calvario:

Decine di e-mail di sollecito inviate.

Richieste chiare di reso e rimborso completo ignorate per settimane.

La beffa finale
Dopo un'attesa infinita, sapete come hanno risposto? Con una mail chilometrica, piena di belle parole sulla loro "integrità", sulla "soddisfazione del cliente come priorità" e su quanto siano una "piccola azienda responsabile"... per poi rimborsarmi la ridicola cifra di 1€ SU 70€ SPESI!

Mi hanno rifilato un euro di "risarcimento di cortesia" per un prodotto inutilizzabile, facendolo passare per un gesto di buona volontà. Una vera e propria presa in giro, mascherata da un testo preimpostato ed ipocrita.

In sintesi:

Servizio clienti inutile e raggirante.

Prodotti consegnati incompleti.

Rimborsi farsa (1€ su 70€).

Sito inaffidabile e scorretto. Sconsiglio vivamente a chiunque di acquistare da loro!

I ordered a Deluxe DIY Lo-Fi Crank Music Box from this company and was sent something completely different and which was broken in pieces. I have tried to get a refund without a success. Avoid this company!

Absolute SCAM! Ordered a bag from them. First they sent me the wrong bag. Nothing like the one I ordered and then they took 2 weeks to figure out their mistake. Then sent me a refund of £0.69. Avoid at all costs.

Pedí un montador de cubiertas para bicicletas por 34€ y me enviaron unas pinzas de montaje que, además de ser una basura, cuestan 5€. Me he puesto en contacto multitud de veces con ellos por email y siempre me dan largas diciendo que están en ello. De esto ya han pasado dos meses y nada.
Son unos estafadores.
No recomiendo que compren aquí.

Esta página pertenece a la empresa HONG KONG NEW POWER TRADING LIMITED, y una de las 5 páginas con diferentes nombres con las que ofrecen diferente material, tales como vitakse y Skiyrich entre otras.
Yo cometí el error de comprarles una mochila fotográfica de 30 litros y me han enviado una bolsa fotográfica tan pequeña en me entra ninguna de mis cámaras (mas bien parece una bolsa de aseo, más que bolsa fotográfica).
Tras 7 semanas reclamándoles que me envíen mi mochila y se hagan cargo de la devolución de la bolsita enviada, periodo en el que solo he recibido excusas para no atender mi reclamación tales como “le hemos pasado el incidente al departamento de post venta”, o “estamos estudiando su caso”.
Después de denuncia esta transacción ante mi banco como ESTAFA, han cambiado el relato de sus disculpas y ahora me dicen que no me pueden devolver el dinero pagado porque el envío de la bolsita ha provocado COSTES EXTRAS que ellos, a pesar de ser los responsables del error, NO TIENEN POR QUE SOPORTAR Y QUE DELOS 27,40€ COBRADOS POR LA MOCHILA SOLO TIENEN QUE DEVOLVERME 1 €, que el resto se lo quedan para cubrir gastos.

ESTA EMPRESA ES UNA ESTAFA CLARISIMA QUE JUEGAN CON QUE ESTAN EN HONG KONG PARA OFRECER DIVERSOS PRODUCTOS Y QUEDARSE CON EL DINERO.
